I purchased tickets for the Flower and Patio Show. I made a mistake with my first order by forgetting to apply my 20% discount promo code, so I canceled it. In my second attempt to pay via PayPal, the system automatically linked a credit card instead of my debit card, prompting me to cancel that order as well. Hoping the third time would be the charm, I reordered with the promo code and debit card. Today, upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed the refund has not appeared yet. I want to ensure all three transactions are properly canceled and refunded. I understand it might take a day or two to reflect in my account. Just for clarification, I canceled three transactions and plan to try once more for a single Flower and Patio ticket purchase. Thank you for your assistance!

I bought a Groupon for Valentine's Day from Proflowers and selected a bouquet for my elderly mother. Despite choosing from their website, the available arrangements with the Groupon were different. I picked one, but it was disappointing. The flowers were delivered after my mother was already asleep and left on her porch until the next day. The bouquet was not what I ordered; it had too much greenery and few flowers, resembling something from a gravesite. Seeing the pictures, I was shocked. I won't use this method again. I contacted a local florist recommended by my brother, despite paying more, it was worth it for my mother. I'm requesting a refund from Groupon for this unsatisfactory experience.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from Groupon regarding my recent purchase. I bought a coupon for Orlando Garage Door Experts (Order #: [redacted]) on Friday, March 1, [redacted]. The coupon expires on May 30, [redacted]. I would like a refund due to the unsatisfactory service provided by this company. The technician who visited my home did not complete the job as expected and attempted to upsell services beyond the Groupon offer. Despite showing him that the garage door engine was functional, he claimed it wasn't working. This behavior aligns with the negative reviews stating that additional charges are often imposed. I declined any further work, and he left. I am displeased with this experience and request a refund for my purchase. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. - Eduardo D.

I bought a Groupon a few months back for a couples massage, but I've been having trouble scheduling an appointment. The person handling the bookings never confirms properly. Today, my appointment was at 11:30am, but when I got to the spa, it was closed, even though the hours on the door said it should be open at 10am. I checked around for another entrance but couldn't find any. I called and left a voicemail, waited for 10 minutes, but no one arrived or got back to me. The lack of communication from Q Body Spa is unacceptable. I'm disappointed that I can't use the service I paid for. Being pregnant, it was especially worrying because I almost slipped on the stairs due to them being slick. This whole experience has left me extremely frustrated with how this business is being run.

I have purchased three Groupon vouchers in the past year but couldn't find them on Groupon.com. Today, when I tried to access tickets for the circus purchased through the Groupon app, they were missing. I had to buy Ticketmaster tickets for $[redacted] on the same day. I later found my Groupon vouchers through a link in my email. I now have both Groupon and Ticketmaster tickets and need a refund for the Groupon tickets. Additionally, I believe I have two Groupon accounts linked to the same email address, causing further confusion. One of the vouchers has expired, adding to my frustration. Please assist me with resolving these issues at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach someone to discuss issues with getting my Discover card credited for overcharges since December 26, [redacted]. Despite providing my name and number multiple times, I have not been able to speak with anyone. I am frustrated as this has been ongoing for too long, and I have lost thousands of dollars. I have spoken to various individuals back in December, but my problem remains unresolved. The gentlemen I spoke with did not return my calls. My name is Cathleen N., and I was requested to send gift cards because Groupon couldn't credit my Discover card. This situation feels unfair. If possible, please have a manager contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund for a Groupon I bought for Massage Advantage on December 23, [redacted], which my husband tried to use without success. The appointment process required online booking plus a credit card for a prepaid massage. After completing these steps, we received an email promising to contact us for an appointment, but no one reached out even after a month. Upon physically visiting the location, we discovered it was now called City Health Services, with no knowledge of Massage Advantage. We were informed that appointments were managed by specific staff members on certain days, and that Massage Advantage might be merely a booking app. Due to these issues, I am concerned about potential unauthorized charges related to a membership my husband unwittingly signed up for. I want a refund or credit for the unused Groupon and assistance in canceling any membership. I have already reached out to Massage Advantage via email. The Groupon number is LG-56ZV-32R1-XZSX-RV56.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Appearances Salon. There isn't enough space to fully explain the issues with the service; I can't even attach photos here. I've tried to contact the salon owner with no success. I urgently need a refund as I must visit another salon to fix the botched haircut and color. Kindly contact me at your earliest convenience. My phone number is [redacted]. The account is under my husband Donald B., and the email address is no longer valid. Please reach out to me at [redacted]

I recently bought a Groupon for a massage at Carefree Feet in Chicago, IL. The deal included a milk petal soak and a full body massage. Today, I had the massage, and it was a very unpleasant experience. The massage was too painful despite my requests for gentler pressure. The milk petal soak was uncomfortable, and the massage focused mainly on my feet rather than my back, which was my main concern due to back pain. I was unable to get a refund from the massage place directly as I purchased through Groupon. I am disappointed with the service and how the experience was advertised through Groupon. I am hoping for a credit towards another service as compensation.

My wife purchased a Groupon for air duct cleaning from Premier Air Duct Cleaning in Munford, TN. On February 19, [redacted], Mr. Tommy Ray from the company came to our house, claiming to be the CEO and pushing for mold remediation. He insisted on immediate payment of $1,[redacted].34 before starting the work. Instead of a thorough cleaning, he quickly sprayed something and vacuumed for 15 minutes without touching the ducts or vents. I later found negative reviews about him online. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund from American Express. I feel compelled to warn others about this situation to prevent them from falling victim to his tactics. Best regards, Helmut J. I believe Groupon is complicit in this scam. My wife, Karen, purchased a Groupon for air duct cleaning from Premier Air Duct Cleaning in Munford, TN. On February 19, [redacted], Mr. Tommy Ray arrived at our home claiming to be the CEO. He quickly diagnosed mold in our HVAC system and demanded payment for an expensive chemical before starting the work. I paid $1,[redacted].34 using my American Express card. However, the actual service was minimal and unsatisfactory, as he only sprayed a solution into the system without cleaning any ducts. After researching online, I discovered many negative reviews about Tommy Ray's practices. Thankfully, American Express promptly reimbursed me for the fraudulent transaction. I want to warn others about this individual and protect fellow seniors from falling victim to his schemes. Warm regards, Helmut J.

I bought a Groupon for a class at Caufield Clay Works in St. Paul, MN back in July, but it expired in November. When I attempted to use it recently, the class was canceled, and the substitute instructor charged me the full amount despite the Groupon still being valid. I explained the situation via email and included proof from Groupon, but have not received a response yet. I am willing to pay the price difference, but being double charged is not acceptable. I am waiting to hear back from the instructor and hoping for a resolution to this issue. My contact number is [redacted].

While browsing online with a friend, I found multiple items on Groupon that I liked and added them to my shopping cart. My friend mentioned the refer a friend program that would give us both $10 off. After signing up, neither of us received the discount on our accounts. The website was slow due to bad signal from recent storms. I want to buy the items, some are for St. Patrick's Day, and would like to use the $10 off coupon. My friend's referral email is [redacted], and mine is [redacted] If there are any steps we missed or if the storm affected the process, please advise. I appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I purchased three Groupon deals for canvas prints, one from Collage.com, which was great, and two from Canvas on Sale. The experience with the latter company was disappointing. After being charged on my credit card, I discovered that redeeming the voucher required additional payments for each item, shipping fees, and the inconvenience of only being able to order one item at a time. The advertised deal for six 10x8 custom canvases for $21.99 ended up costing $[redacted].93 due to extra charges per item, shipping costs, and multiple orders. Uploading photos also proved troublesome compared to the smoother process with the other company. This situation seems to be false advertising and deceitful practices, creating an unpleasant shopping experience. Both purchases were made on Jan 13, [redacted] through Groupon.

Good evening, I am writing to report an unpleasant experience at the Capri Laguna at the Beach, booked via Groupon for 3/2/19. Upon checking in with my spouse, we encountered a large centipede in the room, which was promptly dealt with. However, our discomfort escalated when a spider was found on the bed under the sheets. We immediately contacted the front desk, who promised to involve customer service. Feeling uneasy, we decided to leave. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused a refund. The room's odor, insects, and unsanitary conditions prevented us from staying the night. We endured a 6-hour round trip for a mere 30 minutes in the room. This experience was distressing and unacceptable. I respectfully request a refund for the unused Groupon. It was a disappointing and costly experience that no one should face. I can be reached at [redacted] [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for Restylane at a Medspa. During the consultation, the doctor advised against using that product and suggested I seek a refund through Groupon. I purchased it on Wednesday and saw the doctor on Friday. I'm having trouble editing my order on the website, and this is a $[redacted] purchase. I've bought several Groupons before and consider myself a good customer. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a dermal filler from Beautiful New You and visited today to use the 1 syringe dermal filler I bought on Groupon. Roya informed me that I couldn't use the Groupon deal for lip injections and insisted I pay $[redacted] for the service. I was surprised as there was no mention of this restriction on the Groupon or during my consultations. Despite feeling rushed, I paid the amount. To my dismay, the lip dermal filler used was the exact same product as the face filler. I feel disappointed, as I believe I was misled. Not only did she take my Groupon coupon and $[redacted], but I am also left with severe bruising. This situation feels like a scam, and I would like a refund as it was not a fair practice. It is important for businesses to be transparent with their services, especially when dealing with customers.

Dear Groupon Customer Service, I am writing to address two recent experiences with Groupon purchases. Firstly, on Dec 7, [redacted], I bought a facial voucher with Aesthetician Shelby in Fayetteville, NC. Despite confirming my appointment for March 2, [redacted], the aesthetician was not present at the scheduled time due to relocating three months prior. She suggested I reach out to Groupon for a refund. My voucher number for this service is [redacted]. Secondly, I purchased a Groupon for 3 Brazilian waxes at Rose Petal Day Spa with order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, my first appointment resulted in severe burns due to excessively hot wax applied by Carmine. The burns took a week to heal, causing significant discomfort. As a result, I will not be using the remaining waxes. I would appreciate a partial reimbursement if possible. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Best regards, J.H.

On Friday, 03/02, I attempted to buy Groupon deals for the Polynesian Cultural Center for my upcoming Hawaii trip through the Groupon app on my iPhone. Initially, 3 out of the 7 purchases went through while 4 were pending. After waiting, some changed to "failed." I then canceled the ones not processed and repurchased them. Fortunately, this approach worked, though the process was time-consuming. After securing the right number of purchases, I checked my bank account and realized I was charged for an extra Groupon. My bank statement shows 8 Groupons purchased, while my app displays only 7. I am seeking a refund for the overcharged Groupon. Thank you.
