I also bought a Groupon offer for PupSocks and followed all instruction. They acknowledged they received and processed my order on February *th. Since then it’s been in the “production”. Although I send emails and use the online contact form, the only response I get from them regarding my delayed order is to acknowledge receipt of my request. They do say some one will reach out to me, but no one has. I need someone to either get me my product or refund no only *he cost of my Groupon purchase bu* also my shipping charges. I expect Groupon to step up and assist in providing a solution to this issue or I will take further actions to resolve this on my own.
