I purchased a groupon for a chemical *Peel back in **** and it was at Juva in wood side queens and I never did use it.*I called Juva in queens and they told me to call the Manhattan locations and the person that I spoke to does not want to credit me the ** dollars that I paid for the chemical peel.I actually do a lot of procedures in the ny location*All I asked for if they could put the ** dollars that I have towards a procedure that I wanted to do.I was told that since the groupon has expired that I have lost my ** dollars.I read from groupon that I don’t lose out on the amount that I have paid.How do I get that money back .I hope you can help.**Regards *Sherri Rosello
