Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I never intended to make another order without first eating there.*I contacted my credit card company...they said they took care of the duplicate charge.*I see now that they didn't.
