Dear , **I hope you are well. **I am emailing you in regard to an earlier conversation I had today with a gentleman named Asil concerning the signing of the agreement between Team One and Group On. *Unfortunately, and due to circumstances out of our control we haven’t been able to submit the agreement online. However, Mr. Asil took it upon himself to threaten withdrawing from the agreement because of this delay, and with a very rude manner. As per all business conducts, delays may occur and Groupon have the right to follow up or express their concerns however in a respectful way as this is no language to use with a “partner”. He also hung up the phone afterwards without any respect, and such an unprofessional act should not come from an employee of a company as big as Groupon. *Informing you about this, I trust that you will investigate more into the incident and find a reasonable solution. Also, and with all due respect, we must inform you that this sort of disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and we will refuse to cooperate with anyone in such a manner.**Kind Regards,*Moath Al Ghazali *Team One Auto Services LLC
