I purchased a Groupon for A* Carpet Cleaning and was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned Monday, February **. He never came nor called so I contacted the owner and he rescheduled for Tuesday, February **. Once again never came nor called. When I called him he did not take the call. I called again this morning and it said his voice mailbox was full. I would simply like a refund of my original purchase price. My order number is ****-******-******. This was put on my Paypal account. Please advise how I should move forward.
