Bought a massage for ** minutes at GGSalon in Lynn,MA. After calling repeatedly for an appointment no one answered the phone. Finally when I spoke they had very limited slots. I even made special arrangements to make the slot which was two weeks in advance. When I arrived for my appointment the shop was closed. I called again and was told the therapist was sick. Very unprofessional place. I am never going back and I want my money back.
GetHuman-gvishy did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
