So I booked a groupon at Sedgebrook Hall in Northamptonshire on Friday, but after reading reviews (which were shockingly bad) I decided to cancel. Before this I noticed the money hadn’t been taken out of my bank, it’s not even in pending transactions, which I’m very confused about. Anyway I got in touch with someone to cancel the groupon and they said they would refund me with group on credits, which I didn’t mind but I’d of rather got my actual money back as on the terms and conditions I received it says you get a full refund. He gave me a link to view my credits however when I click it nothing comes up. It just says ‘no group ons’ I’m not sure if this is because the money hasn’t come out of my account or whatever. But I just want to know what’s going on. I payed via pay pal and on my pay pal statements it says I’ve paid but in my actual bank nothing has been taken out. I’ve found another group on I’d like to book but I don’t want to spend more money when I can use the group on credits. This group on expires in * days so I want to book it ASAP. Also if I click on all group ons on my account the Sedgebrook Hall one still comes up saying ‘processing’. I am just really confused.
