I ordered a groupon tickets for Statue of Liberty sightseeing boat. After I puchased it,i realized i need to redeem it on website,but somehow I have trouble to redeem it , I don’t know what to do ,I called the customer service phone number ,it is answer machine to tell me that I can talk to the one to fix the problem when I get to the pier , so I clicked the redeem button on the app when I was heading to the pier **,It shows ready to use .But after I clicked it ,I noticed that I did something wrong , have to let the staff to redeem it for me . Then after I was waiting online for the boat ,I explained to the staff ,he refused to take my tickets, he said it is been used ,actually not .then I paid ** dollars for the ticket on the site. I feel so sad , can I get my groupon money back. Please ,thank you
