For Christmas I ordered * Xbox live gold ** month cards. They are now ready to use and there were no numbers to redeem, only given Item & Order numbers. Read how I needed to go thru Microsoft to redeem so I did that & got the page asking to enter number. I never got a number to redeem to activate the cards so they haven't been able to use them. I have contacted Microsoft from the * on the website but when I called, it was all automated and when I made the selection they said to go on line and if problem still existed, call them. I had to get on the website to even get the phone number so no help there at all. Tried to chat and they were telling me the same thing, how to enter the number to activate cards but I still have no numbers to put in to activate. I am getting very frustrated. I can't seem to make anyone understand my problem. If I can't get what I need to activate these cards I am going to have to ask to return them. If I can't get a number to activate I can't use these and I paid $***,** counting tax. Can someone please help me get this taken care of? Again, I have no code or number to enter to activate. I know when you get them at a store you scratch the number and enter that to activate. It is also shown on the receipt. I have never had a problem doing it that way and I thought is would be just as easy thru you guys. I know it said final sale but if we can't get this going what am I to do. I am sorry but I have been doing so many things today with both Groupon and Microsoft and I don't understand what's going on. I am not the best when it comes to computers so I need help. I spoke with my son who knows the ups and downs of computers & he is going to try to stop by but I tried to explain over phone about what was going on and he said there has to be a number for activation. But wants to look at it. Both of my grandsons are excellent as well on computers. So I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible. Thanks and have a great day!
