My phone will not let me scroll down to use my groups because it stays on the last one I tried to use. It keeps circling even when I power my phone down and turn back on. All my money is wasted if this does not stop. I have it on the app local flavor. I was surprised to find out this is the old Groupon which I stopped buying after the Jacksonville Zoo would not even let me use the money I had paid for the Groupon which states it never expires. I realized the Groupon to the zoo had expired but I told the ticket person at the zoo that I should be able to at least use the money I paid. She refused. This is two different issues. My most urgent issue it to get it unstuck on my phone app before THOSE expire.
