Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. I purchased a massage from a vendor here in Asheville. It was a ** minute massage. When I went to get the massage it was only ** minutes. I didn't realize this until I was already putting my clothes on, so I just sent them a followup email.**They acknowledged the issue and offered me a discount on future services. I was not interested in future services, and the offer they gave me was also significantly worse than currently advertised Groupon specials, so I said no thanks. I asked for a refund in the price difference between the massage I received and what I paid for. They refused to refund the difference, even though they acknowledge the service provided was incomplete, and have threatened to call the police if I ever come to their business again.**This communication was all via email and I am happy to provide the entire correspondence for your review. At this point I would request a full refund for the groupon or else I will be forced to contest the charge via my bank, as I have not received the service I paid for and it does not look like there is a constructive way forward.
