I accidentally pressed redeemed on a $** voucher of wine and a $** on a Brewery tour. I've tried countless times to contact them about this and than had to put in a dispute with my credit card. Groupon came back and is still charging me for both, even though they can go to the *nd parties involved and see that they were not redeemed. Now I'm out $**. Will never order through them again, not to mention to get any Lind of customer service is nearly impossible.
GetHuman-bronwenh did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
