Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I had accidentally ordered * items, I have since re-ordered them together to the same shipping address. I Tried to cancel the original order that I made within the * hours, but it wouldn’t let me regardless of me being within the time frame. I have selected and confirmed the return option for both of the items. The items have yet not shipped(set to ship out in * days) so you can cancel them on your end. And keep the * items I purchased together. If you have any questions feel free to email back. Thank you.
