By accident, I wound up purchasing not one, but TWO coupons for purchasing flowers, from two different companies!**I tried to call and straighten out the issue, but got nowhere. Tried to do an online chat, but it wouldn't work, either. So I gave up, and went to a local store and purchased the flowers.*I am requesting a refund for both flower groupons. **My account email is rich****@yahoo. com. Phone is ***-***-****. I would really appreciate a callback. Thank you for your help.**FYI, I did purchase two other items that weren't so complicated, and I've used Groupon many times since it's inception. I'm sorry but I feel ordering flowers from your site is far too complicated.
