Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I payed for (*) ** minute sessions massage at Element Massage but when I got there they put me in for a ** minute session, each - even after I told them over the phone what I purchased when I called to make an appointment and alsoc they saw the groupon. So, when I got there they said it’s only ** minutes and I said no that’s not what I paid for. They said you don’t get a groupon anyways because you’re not a first time customer. I have never been there before, I had only bought a gift for someone else, * years ago. I didn’t take my massage and they wanted to charge me $** for same day cancelation, when I wasn’t even the one canceling. I just wanted to talk to Groupon to refund my order because I wasn’t getting what i plaid for. PLUS, they wanted me to pay $** extra for each session - for the ** minutes! This is crazy. If I can refund it all, that would be the best. please call me asap at (***)***-**** or e-mail me at *****@***.com . My next booked session is tomorrow and if we can sort it out before tomorrow then I won’t have to pay $*** for ****minute sessions . Thank you
