The issue in GetHuman-clcarmel's own words
I just went to the place for my scheduled massage nobody speaks English they wanted me to lay on a bed basically on top of a paper towel the person who was doing my massage didn't really seem to have a clue what she was supposed to be doing seemed to be quite a bit of confusion then they moved me from one room to another room still no sheet on the bed. Then when I said something about I'm not laying on top of this thing that's like a paper towel you need to put a sheet down she took a sheet and kind of unfolded it and just threw it on the bed at that point I said does anybody speak English no nobody speaks English so they call their manager show that I have somebody to communicate with. She thinks I'm upset because they made me change rooms and I'm trying to explain to her that it's completely unprofessional and the bed is not made properly and there's no sheet down as she starts giving me an attitude and she says well then I can get my money back and I said no she needed to give me my money back because I already passed the *-day window to get a refund from Groupon didn't want to have to go through all this with you all and she said no and she told me to leave her office and then her girl is following me around touching me saying sorry sorry sorry no we're done and I left I want a refund. And the place smells like sweat it was disgusting
