I purchased a 5-pack of sweatpants in size small. Upon receiving the package, I found 2 correct pairs, 1 duplicate, and 2 incorrect styles. After requesting an exchange, I received a package with all medium sizes instead of small. The item listing does not even have the option to choose medium as it says they are sold out. I had to process a return and reordered the items, incurring an additional cost of $47. I intend to reach out to the seller to prevent a similar issue from happening a third time. It has been quite a hassle to receive the correct merchandise that I have paid for, twice now.

Mr. C.A.Calvert 16 Sapperton Close Kingswood Hull HU7 3EA I purchased a patio rattan garden furniture set from Groupon in September [redacted]. I paid in full at the time. My email address was [redacted], but it is now [redacted] Since it was the end of summer, I stored the patio equipment safely until today when I started to assemble it. Unfortunately, some of the rattan strips are broken, the glass for the dining table is shattered, and some rubber stoppers on the bottom of the chairs are missing. Also, two stoppers from the dining table are missing. Could you please contact the company it was sent from or provide their address so we can request replacement parts? Kind regards, Mr. C.A.Calvert.

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for a painting class for two at your studio, but I discovered that the classes are not as advertised. I cannot find any standalone painting classes on your calendar; they all seem to be paired with cooking classes. Since my girlfriend and I are visiting Nashville this weekend, I'm concerned about not being able to attend the class I bought the voucher for. As it is our only chance to visit together this semester, I need to figure out how to either find a suitable painting class or get a refund for the voucher. I bought the tickets on January 20th, and they are set to expire on March 31st.

Good morning, I recently purchased two Groupons for deep tissue massages with aromatherapy at Calming Renewal for appointments for my sister and mother on February 12, [redacted], and February 28, [redacted]. The merchant requested to reschedule the first appointment due to being away for two days, but has been unresponsive since then. I have tried contacting him via voicemail and text without any response. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the merchant has been disappointing, and I would like a refund for both sessions totaling $98. While I believe he is skilled based on reviews, the poor communication has soured my experience. Please assist me in resolving this promptly. Thank you for your help, Shabad Kaur

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a refund request for voucher number [redacted]8. Last year, I purchased a balloon ride through Groupon, but it has been repeatedly canceled due to weather conditions. Despite my attempts, I have not been able to reschedule the ride or receive a refund from Sunrise Balloons, as they mentioned that the funds are still held by Groupon until the ride is completed. I understand that I may be beyond the refund period, but I hope for some flexibility given the circumstances. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing this refund and I am willing to provide any additional information if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Vedant

During our stay in the Poconos from 2/14/19 to 2/15/19, we encountered an issue with our room (#[redacted]). The door had difficulty opening from the beginning, prompting us to notify the front desk. While a maintenance person attempted to assist, the problem persisted. Later, when we returned from dinner, the door completely malfunctioned, leading to a lengthy wait in the cold for it to be forcefully opened with a hammer by another maintenance worker. Ultimately, we were moved to a different room due to this ongoing problem. I have contacted the manager, who agreed to reimburse us $[redacted] for the inconvenience. However, Groupon needs to follow up with them on this matter. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, C. Pitter.

I attended the "50 Shades of Foreplay" event on Valentine's night and was incredibly disappointed. I believe a refund is in order as many attendees shared the same sentiment. The event was supposed to run from 8 to 9:30 with an interactive discussion and demonstration on foreplay. However, it started at 8:30 and ended abruptly at 9:00. Instead of the promised content, it turned out to be a basic strip tease performance with no focus on foreplay. Numerous couples left before its premature ending. This experience was a letdown considering we drove 30 minutes to Oakland for this special night. The show lacked substance and coherence, with the host reciting only a brief poem. The venue was different from what was advertised, being held in a basement without adequate seating or visibility. The bartender seemed inexperienced, serving overpriced drinks. Overall, it failed to deliver on its enticing description of an erotic and sensual exploration of foreplay, ending up as a disappointing strip show with minimal engagement. Compare to HUNKS the Show, which was a more fulfilling experience.

I recently ordered flowers, truffle candy, and a heart/key pendant for my fiancée for Valentine's Day. The pendant arrived on time, but when I asked her about the flowers and candy, she mentioned she hadn't received them at [redacted] Old Robinson Rd. Waco Texas [redacted]. Unfortunately, it’s too late now for her to enjoy them. I have been a loyal customer for four months now and have ordered various items from your store. I would appreciate if you could look into this issue and provide a refund for the flowers and candy. This situation has left me disappointed and surprised. Sincerely, Leonard L. Weston. I had also ordered a set of engagement rings for the same event.

I recently had a massage appointment at a place where the staff didn't speak English well. They asked me to lie down on a bare bed, which wasn't comfortable. The person giving the massage seemed confused and there was a lot of uncertainty. Even after moving to another room, there was still no sheet on the bed. When I asked for a sheet, it was placed haphazardly. Communication was difficult as no one spoke English fluently until they brought in a manager. Despite trying to convey the unprofessionalism of the situation, the manager was unhelpful and suggested a refund, which I couldn't get due to the time limit. The whole experience was unpleasant, with the added discomfort of the environment smelling bad. I am requesting a refund for this disappointing experience.

I recently purchased two 90-minute massage sessions at Element Massage using Groupon, but upon arrival, they only scheduled me for two 60-minute sessions without acknowledging my initial purchase. Despite informing them during the phone reservation and showing them my Groupon, they insisted on the shorter sessions without offering a refund for the difference. They attempted to charge me $30 for a same-day cancellation when I had not canceled, and they wanted an additional $26 per session for the shorter duration. I was treated unfairly, and I'm seeking a resolution with Groupon to receive a refund as the services were not as advertised. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss this matter further before my upcoming session to avoid additional charges. Thank you.

On 2/15/[redacted], Yesterday, I saw a Groupon email advertising a vase of red roses priced at $15 or $20, half off, available for delivery the same day. When I tried to buy, I accidentally ended up purchasing two coupons for flowers from different companies, leading to confusion. Despite trying to resolve the issue over the phone and online chat, I was unsuccessful and ended up buying flowers from a local store instead. I am now seeking a refund for both flower Groupons. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance. I have used Groupon over the years without issues, but I found the flower ordering process too complex this time. Thank you.

I recently visited Beverly Hills Beauty Salon for a gel manicure, expecting a satisfactory experience within my two-hour parking limit. However, the sole nail technician seemed inexperienced, using old and clumsy nail polish which resulted in clumpy nails after nearly two hours. I decided to have it all removed, but was surprised by an additional charge of eight dollars for the gel removal. The owner attempted to apologize and shift the blame to the type of nail polish I preferred, despite my regular use of the same type without issue.

Yesterday, I came across a Groupon promotion in my email featuring a vase of red roses priced at $15 or $20, which seemed like a great deal. However, when I tried to make a purchase, I accidentally ended up buying coupons from two different companies due to a confusing ordering process. Despite my attempts to contact customer service via phone and online chat, I couldn't resolve the issue. Frustrated, I gave up and bought flowers from a local store instead. I am requesting a refund for both flower groupons. My account email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. I would appreciate a callback. Thank you for your assistance. Although I have had positive experiences with Groupon in the past, ordering flowers turned out to be more complicated than expected.

Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance with my Groupon account. I've been facing issues with my orders as they are being sent to an outdated email address. I recently bought a Groupon for a place that no longer exists. I urgently need support to update my account details, especially my email address and my new name. Despite my recent attempts to do so, Groupon is still sending information to the wrong email with my previous name. The incorrect email is [redacted], which is no longer valid. My new email is [redacted], and my current name is Lisa Colombo (previously Lisa Haas). I just bought tickets for a Heart concert using my credit card but have not received them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for helping me rectify these issues.

I was given a Groupon for a 60-minute massage as a birthday gift from my sister, intended for NW Lifestyle Massage and Reiki. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, specifically the sole massage therapist named Ray, I haven't received any response. Ray's schedule is fully booked for months, surpassing my Groupon's expiration date. I've left voicemails, sent messages through the website and email, to no avail. I'm reluctant to disappoint my sister, who isn't wealthy, and would prefer a refund. Ray's unprofessional conduct has deterred me from wanting a massage from him. Refunding my sister's payment would be appropriate. I'm willing to provide her contact details if needed. Thank you for addressing this issue. Regards, Tonya C.

I bought a massage in Asheville for 75 minutes, but the one I got was only 60 minutes. After informing them via email, they acknowledged the error and offered a discount for future services, which I declined. I requested a refund for the difference in time but they denied it. They even threatened to involve the police if I return. All communication has been through email and I can share it if needed. I now seek a full refund from Groupon or will have to dispute the charge with my bank.

To Whom It May Concern, I had a disappointing experience trying to purchase a Museum of Tolerance membership on your site using the GET50 discount code. Despite attempting to use the code, it was not accepted during checkout. When I reached out to customer service, I was directed to use the chat feature which unfortunately proved to be unsuccessful. Subsequently, when I tried using the code again, I was charged the full price without any discount applied, despite the initial confirmation that the code was accepted. Furthermore, I received an email claiming I had engaged in a chat session, which is untrue as I never successfully connected with anyone. The inefficiency of your customer service channels has left me frustrated. I am considering sharing my experience in a review on your site and possibly on Yelp. Sincerely, D.K.

I recently purchased 2 Xbox Live Gold 12-month cards for Christmas, but I did not receive any redemption numbers, only item and order numbers. When I followed the instructions to redeem through Microsoft, I was prompted to enter a number that I never received. I have contacted Microsoft through their website and phone number, but the automated system did not provide a solution. Even when I tried to chat with a representative, they were unable to assist me without the necessary redemption numbers. I am frustrated because I cannot activate the cards without these numbers. I paid $[redacted].58 for them, including tax, and if I cannot resolve this issue, I may have to return them. Typically, with physical cards, you scratch off a number to activate, or it's listed on the receipt. I am struggling to understand why this process has been so difficult. My family members who are more computer-savvy than I am are also unable to help without the required activation number. I am reaching out for urgent assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your time and support.

Hello, I recently purchased one Groupon for a stay at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel in Ocean City, MD. However, after buying it, I noticed I was charged twice for two separate bookings at the same hotel. I contacted Groupon, who directed me to the hotel. When I spoke to the hotel, they mentioned it was up to Groupon to cancel and refund the additional reservation. I provided the hotel with both order numbers, but they could only see one booking. To my dismay, I discovered I was double charged on my credit card for both reservations. After speaking to the hotel manager and reaching out to Groupon with no success, I need urgent assistance with this issue. I have also discussed the option of pursuing fraud charges with my bank due to the duplicate charges. I am simply seeking a refund for the unauthorized booking. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, D.R.

I made a purchase on February 9, [redacted] for an AMF - One $25 Arcade Game for $12. However, when I attempted to access the purchase voucher on my desktop computer, it would not display. The website prompted me to download the Groupon app, but even after doing so, I could not retrieve the voucher to present to AMF. Strangely, my account showed that it had been redeemed even though I couldn't access it. I need assistance as I still want to use the purchased item. This situation has now caused me to reschedule my visit. I was unaware that it would be marked as redeemed before I arrived at the location. Additionally, I am unclear on how to print the voucher without it being automatically redeemed.
