Good Morning,*I purchased two groupons for deep tissue massage with aromatherapy at Calming Renewal. I scheduled appointment for my sister on Tuesday, February **, **** at **:** am and the second for my mother on February **, **** at * pm. **The day of the first appointment, I received a text from the merchant that he will prefer for the appointment to be rescheduled as he had been out for two days and would not be able to give a good session. I responded back the same day that it was okay and provided him with some of the times that I would want it to be rescheduled to. However, he did not respond back and I have left him two voicemails and a couple of texts since then, but have still not heard back from him.**He has been very unresponsive from the beginning. At the time of booking the sessions as well, I had a question as his website's descriptions did not match what I had bought the groupons for. Thus, I had to email*leave him voicemails a few times before he finally responded to my question. **I would like my money to be refunded as I do not see any communication coming from his side. I am sure that he is great at what he does and the reviews clearly indicated that, which is why I made my original purchase. However, the lack of communication on his part does not want me to keep trying to make this work.
