I visited a FedEx location to collect my package two days ago, only to discover it had been returned to the sender. I was unaware of the policy stating packages are returned after 5 days of non-collection. I did not receive any notification or call concerning this matter, though I had opted to be informed upon arrival. Can the package be redelivered to my address or could I arrange a refund? I am wondering who cancelled my Sam's Club membership. I've had numerous issues with them, particularly missing items from my curb orders and difficulties redeeming free items and e-gift cards. My membership was unexpectedly terminated, which was embarrassing. I never requested this cancellation and want it reinstated without further trouble. My son is also on the membership, and I am quite upset by this situation. I am not interested in a refund; all I want is my Sam's Club membership reinstated. I am looking to get a refund of $1,[redacted] for 2 out of the 4 Ireland deals I purchased through Great Value Vacations - Premium Collection at $[redacted] each. Following the purchase of my Groupon deals, I visited their website to make a booking. Strangely, the system only allowed me to book for two people at a time. I successfully booked and redeemed the first two Groupon codes. However, when I tried to book for the remaining two using the other codes, I encountered an error message prompting me to contact them. As it turned out, there were only two seats available on my desired flight, resulting in only two people being successfully booked. Subsequently, they cancelled the initial two bookings and instructed me to rebook for all four individuals using my remaining Groupon codes. They explained that they were unable to issue a refund for the already redeemed Groupons and advised me to seek a refund through Groupon directly.

My spouse and I had a trip booked to Myrtle Beach which we unfortunately have to cancel due to a family emergency. Our babysitting plans fell through, so we cannot utilize the Groupon we got for a couples massage at Essence Day Spa in Myrtle Beach. The Groupon states that the spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy which we understand. The Groupon code is LG-N1ML-3W4L-17J5-HKPL and the voucher number is [redacted]4. We paid $65 for this voucher.

I bought a Groupon from Me Time Spa for a lash and brow package. My appointment was at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm, checked in, but by 3:30 pm, I still hadn't been seen. The receptionist had no explanation for the delay. I had budgeted an hour for the appointment but after waiting for 30 minutes with no update, I asked to cancel. When I tried to request a refund on Groupon, I saw that Me Time marked the voucher as used. When I reached out to Me Time, they redirected me to Groupon. I am disappointed in the poor customer service from the staff and simply want my $30 refunded back to my card. This was a frustrating experience, and I have no desire to return to Me Time Spa.

One pair of earrings from my Groupon order is defective. They were supposed to be lever backs, but one pair is missing the bottom spring back clasp needed to fasten them on your ears. Additionally, the wires are too thick to go through the ear holes. I have been trying to find information on how to return and exchange them. I believe selling defective merchandise without allowing returns or exchanges is not good business practice. This was my first Groupon purchase and I hope it won't be my last. On November 26th, I purchased a light-up claw machine for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I was billed, and the shipping status indicated it was shipped on December 4, [redacted], but there have been no further updates beyond "preparing to ship." The item has not arrived yet. Despite reaching out on December 20th, the issue remains unresolved, and the package was not delivered. The order number associated with this purchase is [redacted]. I request either the prompt delivery of the package or a full refund of the amount paid.

I bought a Groupon deal for the Park Hyatt spa offering both a massage and facial for $[redacted]. However, upon checking the site later, I discovered the deal had been changed to just one service. When I tried to cancel the purchase to get a refund, the system wouldn't let me because I used Google Pay. Unaware that Google Pay purchases couldn't be refunded, I had to re-purchase the deal within 24 hours using the same money. I have the original confirmation email stating it was for both services, and I believe it should be honored as such. The details regarding Google Pay in the fine print were unclear, and I shouldn't have to pay for a typo on the deal that was already purchased.

I bought two tickets for the YACHT PARTY CHICAGO on February 9th, [redacted] (order # [redacted]). When I arrived, I explained to the staff that I am disabled and might need help boarding due to ice. Unfortunately, I was ignored and ended up slipping on the icy walkway to the yacht. Despite this, I was disregarded and even laughed at by both patrons and staff. There was chaos at the entrance with intoxicated individuals, long lines, and disorganized Groupon employees. A staff member accidentally dropped my phone while scanning Groupons, resulting in a cracked screen. When I asked for help, I was mistreated and told to go to the back of the line. Once onboard, we were told there would be no food and the yacht wouldn't leave due to ice. My fiance and I chose to leave. As a marketing director, I was appalled by the event. I am seeking guidance on obtaining a refund and compensation for the experience. Due to my disability, I am advised to take action beyond requesting a refund. I purchased Viome from your company back in December. After submitting my sample, I later contacted them upon not hearing back. Viome explained that I missed including the mailing date of my sample, which was crucial for proceeding. It would have been appreciated if they had alerted me to this issue earlier. After updating the questionnaire in mid to late January, I am still waiting for my results. Viome initially stated it would take 2-4 weeks, but I am losing faith in their services. Is there a possibility of a refund?

I recently purchased a five (5) day parking coupon from ParkSFO and contacted them to inquire about parking availability. I was informed to check the fine print on the coupon, which stated that it is not valid during holidays, including this upcoming weekend. Unfortunately, this detail was not mentioned on the Groupon site when I made the purchase. I am disappointed as I now have to pay full price for parking, which is very high at that location. I bought two tickets for a club night crawl in Las Vegas through Groupon and went to register on the crawl's website with my vouchers. One of the voucher numbers showed up as invalid when I tried to register online. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I clicked "redeem voucher" assuming it would provide me with a valid code, but instead, the original voucher number vanished, and no new code was generated. I reached out to Info@laepicclubcrawls asking if we could still participate since one voucher appeared as redeemed. The club crawl's customer service representative advised me to contact Groupon to retrieve the voucher number. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach Groupon and missed the event on my birthday, February 12, [redacted]. As I was unable to attend and faced these issues, I am seeking a $70 refund for the unsatisfactory experience. Thank you.

I am extremely upset with the situation I am facing. At the end of January, I bought a voucher for a 25-minute treatment, afternoon tea, and access to leisure facilities at the Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them to make a booking, we received no response from the reception. Sadly, we were informed today that not only is the jacuzzi out of order but they are fully booked for the entire month. I find this unreasonable since we have been attempting to reach them consistently, only to be notified at the last minute about their unavailability. It is frustrating that they are promoting a service they cannot deliver. My partner's visit is limited, and now we will not be able to enjoy what we paid for. I am asking for a full refund because what the hotel has done can be considered false advertising. They should have disclosed beforehand that the voucher could only be used after February. I am deeply frustrated and hope for a swift resolution.

I had an appointment today for a nail service at Velantie's. During my pedicure, I discovered that I was sitting in a chair with roaches for half an hour. When I got up, I saw a roach, and the girl, A, used her hands to push it into a container of water where I had just soaked my feet. It was an awful experience I have never encountered before. The chair was old with broken pieces at the back bottom. I informed the manager, who was unhelpful and told me to contact Groupon. She did not seem to care. I was lucky to be the only one there; otherwise, they might have to close for cleaning and maintenance. I feel disgusted and want my money back. It ruined my special day, and I feel gross just thinking about it. This terrible experience has left me very upset and disappointed. I seek a refund and will not return to this salon. The service was only okay, but the uncleanliness was unacceptable. Trying to contact Groupon's customer service was even worse. It was a bad experience at a nasty salon, and I regret ever going there.

I purchased three Groupon vouchers for customized name necklaces from Monogram Hub. While placing my order, the system was charging me for all three necklaces even though they were shipping to the same address. I reached out to Monogram Hub to request that they send all three necklaces together so I could pay for one shipping cost instead of three. They informed me that they would need to charge me for each necklace separately due to their inventory system. This seems irrational to me, as I am only requesting one shipping cost for all three items going to the same address. Please communicate with Monogram Hub on my behalf and express that as a loyal customer, I am dissatisfied with this policy. If they do not accommodate my request, I may need to consider cancelling my order and seeking a refund through Groupon.

Order Number [redacted]: I had a negative experience with the service provider related to my order due to distance restrictions not specified clearly in the fine print. When placing the order, I only provided my phone and email without the address being requested. After questioning this, I contacted them before the appointment and encountered issues regarding the size of my apartment and additional charges for the distance. Despite agreeing to the extra costs, they are now unresponsive regarding whether they will proceed with the cleaning.
