On ****** purchased Groupon through co. Called Slim co. Of Syracuse located in Manlius NY. I paid $*** for * laser lipo whole body vibrations plus consultation. My apptmts were scheduled as such, starting with Monday ***** @ *:** pm, Wednesday ***** @ *:** pm, Friday ***** @ **:** then again Monday ***** @ *:** pm, Wednesday ***** @ *:** pm and Friday ***** @ **:** pm but at the initial apptmt. in which I was not charged for nor did it count because I only met with the chiropractor for ** mins in which he wanted to know how if I was on any medications that may inhibit me from loosing weight? I said, now that you mention it, yes, Depakote. It is an anti-seizure medication I cannot be without but it interferes with my metabolism completely. It, literally, shuts it down. I’ve had to be on it simply because it works in other areas of the brain. He also said that in order for me to loose weight with his process I’d be responsible for drinking *** my body weight in water. So, I weigh *** lbs., so I’d have to drink **- * oz. glasses of not just any old water, it was important that it be Spring water because tap water had floride in it and floride doesn’t allow your body to detoxify. Then he mentioned it would be a necessity to walk at the very least *- ** minute walks per day at bare minimum for me to get any results from his procedure. I listened during the entirety of the **-** min.’s he spoke and I truly appreciated him being completely candid with me and with that being said I let him know that, “ listen, I couldn’t tell you the last time I drank a glass of water, or did any form of exercise and thirdly I’m on medication that has slowed my metabolism to next to nothing because it’s got properties in it that do that in order for it to work affectively so from what you’re sharing, I’m simply not a candidate for this so I’m going to cancel my * additional scheduled appointments as soon as I leave from here. Is that ok? And he assured me I’d be reimbursed and that’s why he has a free consultation to make sure you still want to go through with it. I called literally in the mans driveway to cancel the next * apptmts and explained I was looking for reimbursement for the total amount because that visit lasted all of **-** min.’s. I got nothing. I then sent the Chiropractor a letter and they wrote me back or called me and said they didn’t get paid so they assumed I collect from Groupons and I’ve contacted you several times and you may have responded over time and it’s in the million of other e-mails a day I get a day left unread but never have I got reimbursed, that’s what I’ve been waiting on. My new chase visa debit card * is ****************.
