On January 24th, I received an email from Groupon reminding me about a voucher for Fandango movie tickets set to expire on January 31st. Despite receiving regular reminders since purchasing the Groupon, it wasn't until January 24th that I took notice. I intended to buy tickets for the following Monday, on the expiration date, with plans to use them a few days later. At 10:00 pm Eastern Time on the expiration date, I tried to apply the voucher, but encountered error messages indicating it was no longer valid. Seeking urgent assistance, I engaged in a live chat with Groupon. The first representative seemed unsure how to help and abruptly ended the chat when I didn't respond quickly enough. A second rep was more cooperative, instructing me to email a screenshot of the error message for review. Despite promptly sending the email, I am still awaiting a resolution three days later. I simply seek reassurance that the voucher's original value can be honored.

I am requesting a full refund of $29 from Air Duct Cleaning and Chimney Services. During the inspection today, the representative discussed the vents in my home without verifying them in the attic. Despite being older and having some physical limitations, I have experience renovating houses and know that I only have one main vent based on my own inspection and a previous check by an HVAC company. The representative quoted additional costs that would have totaled over $[redacted], which is not feasible for me on a fixed income. The initial advertised price through Groupon was reasonable at $29, compared to the regular rate of $[redacted]. This entire encounter has been stressful, and I felt belittled by the representative's assumptions. While my Grandson often uses Groupon and recommended it, I am now hesitant to use it again for home services after this negative experience.

Hello Groupon, I want to share my recent experience using a voucher for nail services in my area and seek a refund due to the salon's practices. I had purchased a voucher for a VIP manicure and pedicure at Get Slay Beauty Bar through my account with the email [redacted] Upon arriving at the salon, I realized that the services advertised on their website were only created for the promotion and did not actually exist. Although the salon owners were friendly, the quality of the services was subpar. The technicians lacked experience, spending two hours on a basic mani/pedi that did not meet my expectations. The overall professionalism of the salon was lacking, with messy stations and distractions such as personal FaceTime calls during the service. On December 4, [redacted], I made a purchase confirmed by order number 1[redacted]84-[redacted]. Despite numerous calls and voicemails, as well as emails, I received no response from the vendor. Additionally, when seeking a refund through Groupon and receiving complaint number #[redacted]7, the link to rate the support received did not work. After facing issues with accessing my Groupon account, resetting the password, and being unable to register my email, I found it challenging to address the problem or receive assistance promptly. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and support from the vendor and Groupon. All I seek is a resolution to this matter and a refund. My girlfriend recently purchased a Groupon for J&C Pro Cleaners using my email. We scheduled our first appointment for January 26th at 9 am. However, they canceled an hour before the service. After rescheduling for February 8th at 6 pm, they informed me they were closed at 5 pm. Despite receiving confirmation messages, they were unable to accommodate the appointment. I'm disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism. At this point, I no longer want their service and would prefer a refund to use another cleaning service. Thank you.

I need assistance with an issue that occurred during my friend's 18th birthday celebration. I purchased two vouchers for a spa visit and called to make an appointment for both of us. Despite my request, they only had one staff member available, causing a delay. Eventually, they proposed a couples massage instead, but they were fully booked for the day. They referred us to another location 20 minutes away, which was inconvenient due to the driving distance. We left without receiving any services and I am seeking a refund. The scheduling conflicts and inconsistency in the availability of services were frustrating, especially considering the original appointment was made for 5:00 p.m., and we had planned to have facials and massages done together to celebrate the occasion.

I had a booking at Primo Herb for a 60-minute reflexology session at 14:20. I arrived 6 minutes late, and the manager claimed the appointment was at 14:00, refusing to provide the full session. When I inquired about rebooking, he rudely refused. Despite pointing out the correct time on the voucher, he became increasingly disrespectful. I even suggested my mother use the remaining time, but he declined, criticizing my attitude. He eventually refused any service and warned about cameras when I mentioned complaining. As a regular customer, I've always been satisfied with the service, but this experience was disappointing. I am seeking a refund and believe this business should not be on Groupon due to the manager's mistreatment of customers.

I tried to use the $20 off coupon at Pro Flowers, but it showed as expired. The coupon was supposed to be valid until June 1st, and I purchased it on 7:19 yesterday. I have encountered an issue with a $20 ProFlowers coupon I purchased through Groupon, which ProFlowers is not accepting. This has disrupted my plans to send Valentine's flowers from my dad to my mom. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the inability to reach anyone for assistance with obtaining a refund. Hello, I purchased 2 vouchers for Aussie Curry Lovers. We used one and kept the other for later due to our caregiving responsibilities for our son with a disability. Unfortunately, amidst dealing with trauma and stress, we forgot to check the expiry date. I have difficulties with viewing vouchers as I'm not tech-savvy. When my other son visited from Queensland, he assisted me in checking the vouchers, only to discover it had expired on February 5th. We were looking forward to revisiting the restaurant. We kindly request an extension for the voucher. The restaurant manager is willing to honor it if Groupon can extend it. I am encountering difficulties while trying to redeem my Groupon voucher, ZWCMASJU, for a gold twist pipe with bubbler and grinder kit from Zebra Smoke. The website indicates the coupon is only applicable to a specific product, which I have already confirmed I have in my cart. Despite numerous attempts to reach their customer service by phone, I have only encountered a recording, even during business hours. I am requesting a refund for the Groupon I bought for Cheryl's Cookies. The $30 voucher is not usable for items priced below $30. Despite my order totaling over $30 with a $29.99 item and $10.99 shipping, I received an error message. Contacting customer service was unproductive, as representatives were unprofessional and unhelpful. I was even left on hold for over 20 minutes, unable to speak to a manager. This experience was extremely disappointing. I believe Cheryl's and Groupon should reevaluate their customer service approach. A refund is the only acceptable solution for me.

I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions at Youthful Balance Medical Center in West Palm, FL on November 2, [redacted]. When trying to schedule an appointment on January 24, [redacted], I was informed the technician would return my call. After calling back on January 30, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before disconnecting. It took multiple attempts to finally speak with someone, who then informed me the laser machine was broken and they would contact me once it was fixed. I am dissatisfied with the service and would like a refund. This experience has made me believe this establishment is unreliable and deceitful. Their presence on Groupon should be reconsidered.

I will be celebrating my birthday on February 10th-11th by visiting Catalina. After buying a Groupon deal for 2 tickets with the Catalina Flyer, I tried to make reservations online but found out that the service is not available until March 1st. Regrettably, I cannot use the Groupons I bought as I was unaware of this limitation prior to purchasing. Kindly, I am requesting a refund of the $98 total I spent on these Groupons. My bridesmaids will be in town on April 27, [redacted], and my mom got a Groupon deal for $[redacted] at the Kit Kat Lounge. Unfortunately, I noticed that the Groupon expires on April 8, [redacted]. I am not looking for a refund, but I would like to inquire if it's possible to extend the Groupon to April 27th. I reside in IL, and my bridesmaids are from Atlanta, GA. I purchased three two-person passes for Sky Zone, valid for one hour on weekdays. However, upon trying to use them at the Torrance location, they were not accepted. I had called ahead and was informed that I could visit anytime with my group of six. Unfortunately, the passes were not honored due to special event restrictions on Fridays, requiring entry by 6:30 pm, which is impossible for me due to work commitments. The lack of clarity on these limitations has left me unable to utilize the passes effectively.

About two weeks ago, I attempted to buy 3 Legoland tickets while at the park. I successfully made the purchase, but the system crashed when I tried to access the voucher details to show the staff. Legoland said they couldn't help as I bought the tickets through your platform, and I never got to use them. I'm requesting a refund for the tickets as I couldn't view them due to your system failure. Your only communication was an apology for the system error. Since I couldn't utilize the tickets, I no longer wish to attend the park.

Around two weeks ago, I attempted to buy * tickets for Legoland while at the park. The purchase went through, but the system crashed when I tried to retrieve the voucher information to show the staff at Legoland. They informed me that as I bought the tickets through your service, they couldn't assist me. Unfortunately, I never got to use the tickets. I am requesting a refund as I couldn't access the tickets due to your system failure. All I received was an error message from your end acknowledging the issue. Since I couldn't utilize the tickets, I no longer intend to visit the park.
