Please help me. It is my friend's **th birthday party. I bought * of the use vouchers and called and made an appointment and told them I wanted them to be together and they said OK. I made the appointment for *:** p.m. On February *th period we arrived to our destination and they told us that it would be a few minutes I showed them the groupon voucher so that they would remember who made the call. They redeemed the voucher and gave me my phone back and then said that it would be a few more minutes. One lady came out and told us she was going to take * of us they told us they're sorry they only have * lady working at the time and that we would have to get it separately. I asked if there was a substitution because it is her **th birthday party and we wanted to do it together and that is the appointment that we made and he told us we could do a ** minute couples massage instead but then he let us know that they have no more availability for the rest of the night. He gave me a card for a nother location that I could get it done but that just happened to be ** minutes away and the drive back would be ** minutes. We left the spa we have got * services and I need I refund. They also told us that we could no longer select getting separate facials and massages because the facial lady has to be off by *:** p.m. Which makes no sense because I made the original appointment for *:** p.m. and each of our facials is * hour so it she would have actually gone off at *:** p.m..
