Hello I bought the Pro flowers special for $** Value of $** however only on ****** there is a sale running for the $**.** for $**.** and the $**.** for $**.**, first I was overcharged for $**.** outta my account, then you charge me the $**.** plus the pro flowers charge of $**.**, I don't understand why there is two different charges when the voucher covered I should have been charged the $**.** I also bought the $** voucher for $**.** now I can't use becuz u you have overcharged me!! This is an inconvenience to my schedule and trying to plan ahead before valentines day!! I hoping you can credit my account and fix this in time before Valentines day!! And I can still order what I wanted for my best friend and it won't be sold out!!! This is the first time I have ever encountered this!! Sincerely India
