Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-nuzheta's own words
Hi*I had purchased a One **-Minute Massage - Sole Purpose Wellness. I got an appointment with them for Feb *, **** (because they were booked until then), however I could not make it to the appointment due to bad weather conditions. I tried to rebook the appointment however the next available time is in May. It shows that I have redeemed the Group On, however that is not the case. I would like a refund as my Group On expires in March and I will not be able to use it if the next appointment is in May. Thank you
