Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

In January I purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage at the Blue Marble Spa at the Hyatt Regency. When I checked in I had two codes. Thinking that one was for me and one for my husband. At the end of the day, the desk clerk told me that it was actually two couple's massages that she scanned. She said that she wasn't redeeming the one with the code ********, and to contact you and get a refund for the send one. I was only intending on purchasing * couple's massage. I don't know if the button got clicked twice, or what happened. Can we please have this refunded to the card that was used to purchase it?*Thank you so much for your time.
