I recently bought a coffee table with order number 1[redacted]33-[redacted]. It was delivered on Saturday 28th without any notice. The item was left by my front door on a rainy day, which concerned me as it was in an insecure area. After receiving a text notification, I tried to set it up following the instructions, which estimated a 1-hour assembly time. However, during the process, three locking nuts made of low-quality material snapped. The instructions instructed to call for faulty products and returns, but the online numbers were not working. I am disappointed with the quality of the product and believe it is not suitable for sale. I would appreciate a prompt call back to discuss a refund. Thank you. Marco C.

Hello, I had a discussion with the vendor of my Groupon who suggested I contact Groupon directly. I emailed them, but received a delivery failure notification for their customer service email. Due to an unexpected surgery today, I need to cancel my Groupon and request a refund. I won't be able to utilize it for a few months. I'd appreciate assistance given the urgency of my situation. I contacted a massage salon about being 15 minutes late due to getting fitted for an orthopedic shoe. Since no one answered when I called, I left a message stating my situation. They called back 20 minutes later, saying I would lose time on my appointment if I arrived late. The proprietor was rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned my circumstances, she still insisted on deducting time from my massage. I was shocked by her response. I'm planning to contact Groupon, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau to address this issue. I find this treatment unacceptable and request a full refund from Groupon. I recommend looking into this vendor's practices.

I've had multiple frustrating interactions with the driver from JR Garcia Moving company both before and after purchasing a voucher for moving services. Despite booking a 4-hour service, they arrived over an hour late with a small truck unsuitable for my needs. The manager was unapologetic and unhelpful, insisting I didn't specify the truck size needed, even though I had booked for the correct duration. Their dismissive attitude and lack of concern has left me in a difficult situation of needing a refund urgently on the day I am supposed to move items from storage in Bowie. The lack of cooperation and professionalism is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate this issue to the BBB and leave reviews to warn others about these subpar businesses. Moving forward, I will be using Angie's List for more reliable services.

I recently typed out a detailed message regarding my issue and attached a photo showing a response from Groupon. Unfortunately, adding the photo caused my message to disappear, which is quite frustrating. To keep it concise this time, I want to address the matter quickly as I need to return to work. I paid $[redacted] for a Legacy Box package a while ago but have yet to receive the box to send my VHS tapes and camcorder tapes to Legacy Box. Despite reaching out to Groupon and Legacy Box, I have faced obstacles in resolving this issue. Legacy Box suggested working through Groupon, however, I struggled to establish contact. Time is of the essence as I have an upcoming event for which I need the compilation. Please, address this promptly as receiving a notification of an expired coupon worried me about potential additional charges given the difficulty in reaching out for help. I purchased a camera from a 3rd party and received a used one in the wrong color that didn't work. Despite getting a refund, I tried again with another 3rd party but received yet another used camera in the wrong color. Dealing with customer service was frustrating and unhelpful. The 3rd party offered a replacement if I returned the item, but declined to cover return shipping. After returning it, I received a replacement used camera in subpar packaging that also didn't work. I am disappointed with the experience and still without a working camera after two months of trying to resolve the issue. I hope Groupon can intervene and address these ongoing problems with their merchants.

I recently purchased a Groupon Voucher for Microblading at London Body Centre for £99. I emailed the company on Monday, January 28th to schedule an appointment, urgently needing one before my upcoming travels. After selecting a date and attaching the voucher as requested, I was informed that my chosen date was no longer available. When trying to cancel the voucher on my Groupon account, I discovered it had already been redeemed. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company by phone and email, I have yet to receive a response regarding a refund. Groupon indicated they would refund me once I receive confirmation that the treatment was not provided, but even after expressing my concerns to them, I have not received any further assistance. I feel frustrated by the lack of communication and responsibility from Groupon and the company.

I recently contacted Massage Advantage about issues with Groupon vouchers I purchased. Despite paying for the massages, they required my credit card information to schedule appointments. Additionally, they signed me up for unwanted memberships. After receiving incorrect confirmation emails, I reached out for assistance and have not received a response. I'm hesitant to continue business with them and I have only activated 2 of the vouchers (VT1ZVCBLLP and VT1NYUOKDU) until these issues are resolved.

My recent purchase with my card ending in [redacted] on Dec 31 involved three containers of CBD gummies, two of [redacted] mg and one of [redacted] mg marked as refunded. Despite reaching out multiple times in the past few weeks regarding my order's shipping status and contacting customer service with order and voucher numbers, I received no clarification. After stumbling upon someone else's order while checking mine, it became apparent there might have been a significant billing and shipping mix-up tied to that same card ending in [redacted]. I suspect this error prevented me from receiving the Number1CBD products I ordered, one of which was inexplicably marked as refunded without funds returning to my account. I have recently bought several deals before Christmas and I am seeking a refund or a partial credit. I purchased x2 one-night stays at Crazy Bear Hotel, x4 Thai massages at the hotel, and x2 pamper packages at B's Skin and Laser Clinic. My mum can only visit the hotel on Mondays, but they are closed on that day. The deal was for standard rooms, not the ones with copper baths as I thought. The massages cannot be used during the stays as an extra treat. The pamper package at B's Skin Clinic did not meet expectations and I would like a refund. I also bought 6 tens machines, one of which is faulty and needs a refund. Due to the purchases being made before Christmas for gifts, I exceeded the 14-day period for returns. I have some concerns about recent purchases. Last night, I ordered a tablet holder with a promised discount and a spinner luggage advertised for $29.99 less $6. I applied a 20% off code, unclear if it applied. The charges were $31.99 and $7.99, with a missing purse coupon. The checkout process didn't show a way to adjust quantities or remove items, making it frustrating. I tried to cancel the order due to disappointment but couldn't. I purchased a horseback riding tour through Groupon for 12/27, but the supplier informed me that they couldn't provide the service at the scheduled time. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I reached out to Groupon for a refund, but my request was initially denied after a delayed call back. I have a long history with Groupon, but if this isn't resolved, I will no longer do business with them and will share my negative experience widely. The supplier's email confirms their inability to provide the service and recommends contacting Groupon for a refund. I'm attaching part of the email for reference. I recently had a disappointing interaction with the live chat support team. Following a notification from the Groupon App offering a $15 discount on a $20 deal, I sought clarification that the discount would apply directly to my purchase. Despite confirmation from support, I was charged the full amount and informed that the discount could only be applied as credit for future use. My mother and I are in town for a medical consultation and are on a very limited budget. My aunt always uses Groupon. We decided to give it a try. Despite being skeptical because the price changed after clicking, my aunt assured us that Groupon is always cheaper. Hello, I have encountered difficulties trying to obtain a refund through the Groupon app for a deal I bought for Oceanquest Sailing Adventures. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful. While trying to schedule my sailing trip, I faced challenges with the company's communication. After several messages, they eventually returned my call. I managed to book my sail for January 19th at 12:00 p.m after multiple attempts to confirm. However, when I queried the company about my reservation, their response seemed to indicate the deal's limitations concerning holiday times and sunset sails. I had bought a two-hour BYOB Private Day Sailing Tour for 4 People on weekends, not during the holidays or for a sunset sail. Despite my efforts to make reservations, the experience felt inconvenient. I have always had positive experiences with Groupon, but this issue has been particularly frustrating. My husband and I received a Groupon voucher ([redacted]1) for a couples massage from our son for Christmas. We scheduled our appointment for February 2, [redacted] at Massage Heights. However, when we arrived today, we were informed that our appointment had been canceled because I did not have a credit card on file when booking. While I understand the need for a card on file, I was not notified of this requirement initially. The salon tried to contact me for the information but couldn't leave a message since I lack voicemail setup. Although we received a text on February 1, [redacted] confirming the appointment, it was still canceled. I have since rescheduled with a debit card on file but am disappointed with the lack of communication. I am requesting a refund for the voucher so that we can choose a different salon for our relaxation day. As a Groupon customer, I have always valued the customer service provided by your company and hope to receive a response soon.
