I ordered a hotel package two days ago and it said it was declined. That was for the Best Western where I was already staying. I am to Florida and my apartment is not ready, even though my move I was the **th. I was told the *st then. Two days ago, they said the **th. Now when I was declined the first time, I was kind of shocked. I thought it was a mistake because I put everything on my debit card. So I decided to go a little cheaper because I paid for one night after I called my bank (Wells Fargo) and went off on them. They said it was a fraud protection thing, but they just cancelled my card a few days earlier when I was driving here and screed that up. I was able to fix that and that was my shock. So I picked the Championship Hotel whee I am now. The HUGE problem is once I spoke to Wells Fargo, they said wait * minutes and make your purchase. I looked at my bank before that and it showed both were taken out and put back in my account within minutes. So I had no idea that they were going to release the money. Especially since I already double booked two hotels. So my problem is with the bank as much as with Groupon. So I calle the bank yesterday to take care of this and said “how can you put me in * hotels at one time”? Now I am litellay **** plus in the hole. The hotel here said they only saw one reservation paid for, and I called my bank to ecplain this ginormous mistake. Now I am literally praying this is taken care of. I am a very disabled Vet who can’t afford to lose *** dollars yet tbis unreal amount. The bank hopefully will call you, and j am disputing the charges because I am at a hotel that I paid for thru you. Now how can I take * rooms*for all these nights (think about it)., and you can see them all. And you can call each hotel and ask it I used the other two vouchers. So I have the bank involved and now Groupon, who I couldn’t get they too.*Please correct this problem (I have been using you for many years), or have a top supervisor call me and be propared for a not happy person if it’s not taken care of and I have to fight over this. My bank is already involved because if this mess. I hope you comply with this. I am not very healthy and I’m not in the mood to argue. So please do the right thing.
