Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello,**I have tried multiple times to request a refund via the Groupon app but have been unsuccessful. I need to be refunded for a Groupon that I purchased for Oceanquest Sailing Adventures. I attempted to contact the company multiple times to schedule a sail and after the sixth message that I left for them, they finally returned my call. I finally scheduled my sail for January **th at **:** p.m. On January *th, I sent the company a text to make sure the date was confirmed. There was no response. I texted again on the January *th and *th, again no response. On January **th, I sent a final text to confirm my reservation and received this response from the company, verbatim.**“Hi Daniel,*Sorry for the misinformation, the groupon is limited to regular “day sail”, not sunset sails, nor for “holiday” schedule pricing. It should also state “call for reservations”. U can contact Groupon and state that the vessel is not operating within Ur desired timeline and request a full refund. Should be no problem, or we can find U a ndate on a non-holiday weekend. If U still wish to book during “holiday times” we can book that direct and will do our best to provide a similar pkg. Thank U!”**I purchased a two-hour BYOB Private Day Sailing Tour for * People* Friday-Sunday. This is what I finally booked. It was not a holiday or a sunset sail. As for calling for reservations, I did multiple times. We were exchanging phone calls and texts regarding reservation confirmation. During the whole process, I felt as though booking a sail was a nuisance for this company. I have never had an issue with Groupon before but this experience has been very frustrating and I would like my purchase to be fully refunded.**Thank you,*Daniel Airsman
