I ordered a horseback riding tour with groupon on ***** for *****, I was unable to call them on *** **, because they were closed for Christmas. but on ***** I contacted the supplier first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment the next day and they said they would call me back. They emailed me back in the late morning and said they were not able to provide the services at the time that I scheduled it on the groupon website. I was told in that email that because they were unable to provide the tour at the time That i scheduled it, to contact groupon to get a refund. I contacted groupon, requesting a call back – call back Did not come the first day, the next day I requested another call back, many hours later a call back finally did come on the second day and my request was denied. I did not receive my services when I booked them due to the supplier’s inability to provide them. And I could not use the services at another time so I would like a refund for the service. ***I would like a phone call ********** about this. I can provide you with the email from the supplier saying they are unable to provide the service and to get a refund from Groupon. That email was received prior to the scheduled time of services. I have had many experiences with groupon over the years, but if this is not resolved, I will no longer have anything to do with groupon and will make sure that I review my experience and any media form that I can find it. I will report my Services not provided, and my money not refunded.**I would add a photo of my email with the supplier if you would permit it on this site, but I cannot add a photo of it. Here is a copy of part of it.
