Purchase only * total Harlem Globetrotter tickets for Sunday, January **th at *:** PM. ... I purchased * tickets to attend the Harlem Globetrotters on Sunday, January **th at *:** PM. Because I did not get a confirmation, I tried again. My account has been charged $*** twice at this point. When I looked at the groupon app, it said I had * pending charges. Please help!!
They do not realize that my account has charged twice so far, and that my app now says (*:** PM).*refunded * times. My card was charged $*** at *:** PM and again at *:** PM. I only need * total tickets.....not six.
Please take one of the charges off of my credit card.
I'm new to groupon. I just bought my first item over a week ago. It was very simple. I am surprised at tonight's complication and confusion!
