Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-markganu's own words
We bought two Houston Zoo Lights vouchers with the understanding that we could use it for at least the value of what we paid - $** each - if we weren't able to make it on the "allotted" days. When we arrived on a day that, for some reason, was not in the fine print, we were told our Groupon had NO value and we then had to pay full price in addition to the $** we had already paid for * Groupons.**Upon speaking with customer service at the venue, they informed us that there had been a lot of confusion with this Groupon and that our only recourse would be to contact Groupon for a refund. **I would not have bought such a restrictive Groupon without the implied safety of at least being able to apply the cost toward full price admission. I would like a full refund of these two $** Groupons.
