I purchased a Samsung galaxy seven on January *th it was delivered yesterday to my ** year old dad for his birthday. The box was ripped open around two sides and squashed and the phone was shattered. Very obvious it was stacked at the bottom of something heavy. The postman left it anyway. I cannot find how to return under Groupon app I went to view details and no return label to print and it came from Groupon not a third party. ****-******-****** was the order number on January *th. Randy Earnest went to Glenn Earnest. I have a email with pictures sent to support at Groupon.
