******* Ordered Hotel NY *** CVC Solid Sage sheet set.*The size was wrong.*There were no return directions in the pkg.*FedEx refused the pkg because it did not recognize the label.*I made my own label & returned it via USPS.*I have not received confirmation of receipt of item. I have rec’d no credit on my Paypal acct.*I found an inquiry form on the website & sent it.*I rec’d a response indicating that I had just returned the pkg.*I emailed back that the pkg should already be there & that I just needed credit.*I rec’d an email saying that my email was blocked due to “policy.”*I just need my credit - soon so that I can claim my postal costs from PayPal.
GetHuman-lmbandor did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
