My friend purchased a Groupon for me last year. I have called the company several times to schedule an appointment but the lady's voicemail box is always full and she never answers the phone. *I was thinking of just driving to the business location (nail salon) as her voicemail message states what days she works. However, when I got online, I saw that the reviews are really, really bad so now I don't think I want to get my nails done there (dirty location, shellac mani*pedi that peels after * days etc).*I had purchased the same Groupon for myself two years prior and ran into the same issues. (I did talk to her then and scheduled an appointment but she called me the morning of the appointment to cancel. I could never get a hold of her again so I had Groupon refund me. One of the reviews said that she did the same thing to them.)*I would like my friend to be refunded if possible. I would also suggest that you consider taking this woman off your Groupon businesses as she reflects very poorly on Groupon and something about how she is doing business is not legitimate. I hope she isn't getting money when people purchase Groupon's, but if she is, she is either *. not letting people schedule appointments, or *. doing a really bad job.*Thanks in advance!*Esther
