Dear Sirs* Madam **I have purchased a beaut voucher. I booked an appointment but my child got sick on my way to the treatment appointment. I went to school to pick him up. Contacted the seller and explained and she was ok for me to rebook. I couldn’t rebook as groupon had redeemed my voucher. Contacted the seller who promised to contact groupon on my behalf and she was told that groupon cannot reissue another voucher.
