I have ordered the iPulse Stimulator. order no. ********** on November **, ****. I PAID for it the same day. I STILL have not received the item. Because of that, I initiated a refund about a week ago. I am supposed to send the item back in order to get the refund. Since I never received the item, I can not return anything. This is a VERY frustrating situation for me. I was trying to call Customer Service for that matter but since there is no working pone number, that was not possible. Please resolve this situation ASAP and refund me my $**. Thank you
