I have been misled by Groupon for purchase of my trip to China oh, there have been additional charges that were not mentioned in your sales ad. This means that Groupon did false advertising. I will do whatever is necessary to ensure that Groupon is responsible for the amount of money we paid for this vacation. I get no assistance from Rewards travel China, they have added on additional charges that were never mentioned, the state department suggest we do not travel to China, they have also stated that we may be denied entrance upon arrival. I do not want an email from Groupon telling me I have already paid and use the voucher, you or the retailer you are the person responsible for this problem. I have spent over $**,*** on vacations with Groupon, there has never been a problem before and we have always been extremely happy with the service Groupon has provided. This tour to China is a catastrophe, I want my money refunded. I do not care what you have to do with rewards China travel in order to get my money returned or Groupon bucks reinstated we are fearful to travel to China, we have had no help from our Chinese representative, and this trip seems dangerous. You have also unable to hold my star review of your trip consumers need to know this trip is a fraud sold by Groupon. I expect a call from a representative ***-***-****.
