I made a purchase on December 11, [redacted], for a 14.5" Personalized Laser Cut Steel Clock with the name GRECO on it. I haven't received any confirmation email or number for order [redacted]. I contacted them on 12/26 for an update and was informed that orders placed after December 5, [redacted], were not guaranteed for Christmas delivery. They mentioned that orders placed after that date would ship in January, and I would receive an email with tracking information at that time. Despite contacting them again, I received the same response twice. I am still waiting for my order and would appreciate any assistance in checking its status and estimated arrival.

I recently contacted customer support regarding my order of four turquoise bracelets, which I placed 15 minutes ago. Although I requested a quantity of 4, my receipt only shows 1 at the price of four. I did not specify what resolution I expect from Groupon. I kindly request that the company ensures I receive all 4 items that I paid for. Thank you for your assistance. I made a purchase on LivingSocial via Groupon Goods on 11/29/18 for a refurbished iPad 4 with order number [redacted]69, total amount [redacted].93 paid from my Paypal Credit Account. I returned the item to Groupon Goods on 12/10/18 through the USPS, which I have proof of with photos of the shipping label and receipts. The return label I received from Groupon Goods has a tracking number #9[redacted] 0[redacted] 0[redacted] 87 for Parcel Select Return Services. My USPS receipt confirms that the item was processed and taken for return. I request a timely and full refund of [redacted].93 as I fulfilled my part by returning the item. I cannot control the actions of the third-party carrier used by Groupon Goods for returns. I ask for assistance in crediting my Paypal account promptly. I recently bought a toothbrush and flavored toothpaste for my puppy but was disappointed with the quality. The toothbrush is easily chewed, causing my 8-month-old puppy, Sky, to break it into pieces and putting her at risk. Despite contacting PayPal via email and phone multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory response. I used my credit card ending in [redacted] for this purchase. I feel let down by the lack of customer service and the product itself, which I believe is unsafe for pets. I am a loyal customer but will no longer support PayPal due to this experience. Good morning, I am writing about Ticket ID: [redacted][redacted]9 to explain the situation. I recently received an email from WeLikeZone stating that I cannot return the items as it has been over 30 days since my purchase. I ordered two shirts on November 12, and they arrived after 2.5 months. I want to return them due to size and material issues. Even after contacting customer service, I was informed that it is a final sale with no returns or refunds. This is my first problem with Groupon orders, and I would like Groupon to handle the refund for this delayed and unsatisfactory purchase. I recently attempted to use my Groupon vouchers for Cosmic Tubing at Mt. Hood, which I had purchased as Christmas presents. When I tried to access my voucher on the Cosmic Tubing website, I encountered issues selecting a date in January. After contacting the mountain, I was given inconsistent information about their operating hours and discovered that the vouchers were not valid until March. Regarding Wine Insider Order #[redacted], I received the wine shipment and upon opening the package, I found the interior box damp and the bottles covered in condensation. As I unpacked, I discovered broken glass at the bottom of the packing material. Some glass shards were on the bottles, causing concern about handling. The packing fell apart due to moisture, making it impossible to repack the items. My counter also has glass pieces on it. I contacted the company but was advised to seek a refund through Groupon. As a visually impaired customer, I am worried about the safety of handling these items. I sent pictures to the company for verification and would like a refund as I cannot use the compromised products.

Hello, I purchased 2 Brazilian waxes on Groupon from “Pampering Moments Spa” in July. However, I have been unable to book an appointment due to zero availability at the spa. After months of trying, I finally scheduled an appointment for today. Unfortunately, I received a text saying they are not available and won't accept appointments until spring. Hello, I am writing in regards to my move that took place on 1/5/19. My invoice number is #[redacted]1. I am extremely disappointed with the moving services provided and the lack of communication throughout the process. Several issues occurred, which I have documented with attached pictures: 1. Damage to my wife's vanity table, which has never been harmed in previous moves but was irreparably damaged during this one. 2. Scratches and dents on our brand-new floor, causing significant damage. 3. The workers mistakenly took the screws to my bed, leaving me unable to put it together for four days. 4. Valuable contents inside my wife's vanity table were irreparably damaged during the move. 5. The poor communication, especially from Wayne, has been frustrating and unprofessional. This experience has been the worst service encounter I've ever had. I am requesting a full refund and compensation for the damaged items. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a beauty service at M&I Chic Beauty Salon. When I called to schedule an appointment, the salon requested that I buy the service directly from them instead of through Groupon, which I did not mind. However, I was surprised when they added an extra $70 charge without informing me beforehand. Despite having a 20% coupon, I did not anticipate this additional fee. Unfortunately, the service I received was subpar, as my hair was dyed a shade I did not want, and the colors were not blended well, leaving me with multiple contrasting shades. The salon also charged me for extras without discussing it with me first. Having to unexpectedly pay an extra $70 was inconvenient for me financially, and I had to dip into my savings for rent. I found their lack of transparency and professionalism disappointing. While the salon refused a cash refund, I am hoping Groupon can refund the amount I paid via the app.

I feel deceived by Groupon regarding my trip to China due to undisclosed additional charges not mentioned in the advertisement. This feels like false advertising. I am determined to hold Groupon accountable for the undisclosed costs associated with this vacation. Rewards Travel China has been unhelpful and added charges not previously outlined. The State Department advisories recommend against traveling to China and suggest potential entry denial upon arrival. I am not satisfied with a mere email stating I have paid and should use the voucher. Groupon, as the retailer, is responsible for this issue. Over the years, I have spent $20,[redacted] on Groupon vacations without any problems until now. This China tour has been a disaster, and I am seeking a refund. I do not mind taking further steps to recover my funds or Groupon credits. Given the lack of assistance from our Chinese representative and the perceived dangers of the trip, refunding is essential. My previous positive reviews are overshadowed by the problems encountered with this trip, which needs to be transparently communicated to other consumers. A friend bought a Groupon for me last year. I have tried calling the company multiple times to book an appointment, but the lady's voicemail is always full and she never answers. Considering just going to the nail salon in person since her voicemail mentions her working days. However, after reading terrible reviews online about the dirty salon and shellac mani/pedis that peel after 2 days, I am hesitant to go there. I had a similar experience with a Groupon from two years ago, where I managed to schedule an appointment, but she canceled on the morning of and then was unreachable. I got a refund from Groupon then. I would like my friend to get a refund if possible. Groupon might want to reconsider featuring this business due to their negative impact. I hope this doesn't affect her compensation if she is not allowing appointments or providing poor service. Thank you for your assistance.

I obtained a massage voucher for Honey Coated Nail Spa months ago, but have been unable to reach them for appointment scheduling inquiries. Despite calling nine times during business hours, no one has responded to my messages. I visited the spa yesterday to seek clarification on their payment policy, as the voicemail mentioned needing to provide a card when booking. The encounter with a staff member was unpleasant and unprofessional. I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for a 2-night bed and breakfast stay at 'The Paddocks' with order number #1[redacted]77-[redacted]. Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The exterior was unkempt with broken signboards, debris scattered around, and noisy construction equipment. Inside, the hotel was unwelcoming, cold, and poorly maintained. The manager was unhelpful, showing us multiple subpar rooms with uncomfortable beds and dirty facilities. Despite our complaints, we were charged extra before being shown the rooms. The final room offered as an upgrade was also unsatisfactory. After a difficult night, we had to leave and find another hotel, ruining our weekend getaway. Our experience was distressing, and we are seeking a full refund. I am concerned that Groupon has been deducting money from my account without my authorization. My bank has shared with me the transactions they are aware of so far: - On 16/1/19, $[redacted].06 and $9.83 were deducted. - On 15/1/19, an attempted deduction of $[redacted] was made. - On 10/1/19, an attempted deduction of $[redacted] was made. - On 07/1/19, an attempted deduction of $[redacted] was made. I have reported this to the fraud squad as these deductions have caused me financial strain, leading to dishonour fees. As a single parent, this has left me unable to pay for essentials like rent and groceries for my children. I am requesting a refund of all deducted amounts, including dishonour fees, foreign currency fees, and late fees for rent. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I am prepared to take legal action once the fraud squad investigation concludes.
