Jane Milton*Tracking No. JD** *** *** **** *****I ordered a goose feather and down *cm mattress topper on December *th ****. This item has not been delivered. I have been in contact with Yodel this morning who insist there was a problem with the address and they have sent it back to you. At no point did they leave a card to say they had attempted delivery, or what to do next. Online tracking reveals that the item was delivered on *nd January **** to someone called Mario. There was no card left to tell me who Mario is or where he lives. I have checked with all the neighbours before contacting you. I am totally confused, as I have never had a problem with deliveries in the past - this is a very old house on a High Street and there are plenty of surrounding shops to leave it with.*I am now being asked to rate the product I ordered!! I am not happy that there is no-one to talk to when there is a real problem!! Please respond as soon as possible - thank you.
