The issue in GetHuman-yuju's own words
I booked a hotel room with the Marriott on the Falls on groupon and we got a confirmation number and a charge has gone through on my credit card, yet when I called the hotel to double check, I was informed no room has been booked under my name or my boyfriends name and they told me I should contact you guys to see whats wrong. Hopefully groupon will be able to contact the hotel and reserve the room for the nights Ive already paid for.
Please contact the hotel and get my rooms reserved. A charge has already gone through on my credit card.
