I ordered a 3-day cleanse from JusbyJulie via Groupon around October or November [redacted]. I've postponed the delivery of my products due to medical issues. As my health is still a concern and uncertain when I can do the cleanse, I now request a refund. JusbyJulie has agreed to refund the shipping fee but not the Groupon purchase price. Hello, I reached out to Groupon regarding a hotel reservation issue on 12/30/19. I bought a stay at Wyndham in Mount Laurel but couldn't make it due to my car breaking down. Deepa M asked me to cancel directly with the hotel, which I did. However, the hotel claimed I had no reservation. Deepa promised to email me but it's been 10 days with no reply after two emails. Hoping for a prompt follow-up on this. Thank you for your assistance.

I am disappointed with the $5 offer from Wine Insiders as it was misleading. I believed I was getting six bottles of wine (as shown in the picture) for $5, as described in the offer. I purchased two for $10, only to find out on wineinsiders.com/vouchers that I misunderstood the deal. The pricing structure and the inability to combine two vouchers for a total value of $30 has left me feeling unsatisfied. Please process a refund to my credit card promptly. This offer was very deceptive and frustrating.

When I called to book a couch cleaning service, I was informed that because my sofa is a sectional, there would be an additional charge of $[redacted]-$[redacted]. I carefully checked the fine print before and after purchasing and found no mention of such a charge for sectionals. Disappointed, I mentioned that I might have been better off not using Groupon and choosing a different company. The person I spoke with agreed and even offered a lower price if I had not used Groupon. However, when they started to negotiate with me randomly, I decided not to proceed with booking an appointment. As a result, I would like a refund as I have decided not to engage with this company.

I am having trouble with your Customer Service system. I have attempted to reach out via email, online support, and phone calls without success. The platform prompts you to write out the issue in Customer Service but lacks a submit button. The phone number provided gives a repetitive message to go online for support, creating frustration. If this matter is not resolved, I will stop purchasing from Groupon. The maid service I purchased does not cover our zip code, and despite contacting them the day after buying, the cancellation has proved difficult. Order # [redacted]: I bought a Groupon for StretchATL but had trouble getting an appointment. Despite not using the voucher, I had to enter the number to try booking online, marking it as used. The business's limited availability, only Monday to Friday before 3:30, conflicts with my work hours, making it impossible for me to use the voucher. This scheduling issue and offer limitations have left me very frustrated. After being a Groupon user for years, this is the worst experience I've had. I request a refund for the voucher.

I missed my facial appointment on Nov 28 due to a family emergency. I was charged $97 as a cancellation fee, which was not clearly stated in the fine print or mentioned when I booked the appointment. The spa informed me it is a new policy, mentioned only on the day of the appointment. I would like a refund or to convert it to Groupon credits since it has been over 3 days. On 11/25/[redacted], I purchased two 8x11 Shutterfly 12-month wall calendars for $4.99 each. I successfully redeemed one in December but have been unable to redeem the second one for the past week. I am requesting a refund for the Gentle Balance Massage and Essential Oils (2). Purchased a refurbished Shark Ion. Following the instructions, it repeatedly stops with an error code indicating lint in the wheels or axel. Despite checking and ensuring it is clear, the issue persists after multiple attempts. Attempting to return it only allows for a site refund, not a refund to the original payment method. I am hesitant to keep trying different replacements and believe it may have been wiser to buy a new one instead of a refurbished item.

I used a Groupon coupon to order from Monogram Hub. Despite receiving a confirmation email and being told to expect my order in 2-3 weeks, it has now been a month with no delivery. My deal with SoCal Adventure Company expired in December. I purchased a Groupon for Mama Mia Restaurant, now Mia Mediterranean Cuisine, but the restaurant rejected it, claiming Groupon owes them $28,[redacted]. During our visit to town, I bought two sets of 4-pack tickets for the duck tours for my family. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the tour, we discovered that our seats had been given away. Even though we had made reservations online, we were still left without enough seats for 5 family members. Given the inconvenience and frustration of the situation, we are seeking a refund since we don't reside in the area. Our order number is [redacted]. I recently attempted to purchase a Wellness Water Care water flosser using a $23 Groupon credit, but encountered issues with my credit card during checkout. Despite multiple attempts, the transaction went through eventually. Regrettably, I ended up being charged for two additional flossers, resulting in a total of three items purchased. I tried to cancel the two extra items before they were shipped, but was unable to do so. I was charged $80 for the unwanted items. Upon receipt, I promptly returned the two extra flossers. However, it seems that I was only credited for one return, which covered the original purchase and the $23 Groupon credit. Still, I have not received credit for the second returned flosser. I am seeking the appropriate credit for both returned items.
