Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

We purcahsed Tecchom *k ultra action camera and was delivered on December **. We tried to pair the camera using the apps code on the manual, but it says the app is not available in US. We tried using other action camera apps, but it is not connecting with the camera. We used * device and all of them can not connect with the camera. We wanted to return the purchase since it says free returns on the details, but we can not see the link to print the return slip. Been trying this since December **. We want to return the camera and get a refund.
GetHuman-maru_rl did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
