Groupon charged me for a couple groupons that I was interested in, but did intend to buy. I clicked on them and reviewed them, but did not actually press any buttons to purchase and did not fill out any credit card information. I did not realize I had "bought" them until checking my bank account. By this time, it was too late to refund it, per Groupon's policy online and I cannot find a way to contact Groupon's customer support team directly. Therefore, I attempted to use the Groupons instead. I have many many emails from CanvasOnSale's incredibly difficult customer support team because I have not been able to use that Groupon effectively. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and is now far too late, especially since their contradicting Customer Support team has not been able to help me actually purchase their item with the Groupon. I also contacted Collage.com, whose Customer Support team was much quicker and kinder at responding, but unfortunately the product that I didn't even intend to purchase via Groupon is now out of stock and will not be back in stock until after the Groupon expires. I would like to be refunded for both of these purchases as soon as possible. I can send all of the printouts of my communication with both organizations if that is helpful. **Thank you,*Kyra
