Good afternoon, **I am contacting your office prior to moving forward with a complaint to the BBBB. Put simply- the third party company (MonogramOnline) had an excellent deal available through your website. I placed an order for five (*) accessory bags, and upon entering my voucher codes- I am being asked to pay approximately $*** for shipping (as it is $** per order). Please advise immediately how I can get a refund through your website otherwise I will move forward with filing a complaint. **Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. **Best regards,*Brianna
