I placed two orders from Printerpix on dec **th. The expected delivery date was supposed to be Jan *nd. I was supposed to get an email when they shipped. I haven’t even received and email they had shipped as of today still, so I called yesterday. (Prior to this I had sent TWO emails and the rep said he had “escalated it to the proper dept and there was nothing else he could do”) I got an extremely rude woman that said, no it ships in **-** days AFTER the *nd. Then what don’t they say that?? That’s false advertising. (I have extended family coming this weekend and those were part of the gifts.) Her and I got into quite the argument about how, regardless it was the *th and I still haven’t even revceived an email stating that it has been shipped yet. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never order from them again. I paid over **$ in shipping and still haven’t received an email stating it’s been shipped on top of the fact it’s going to be another **-** BUSINESS days. I said to her why couldn’t she just express ship it? She then said it was out of her hands and it had already shipped! WTH?!?! Total crock of **** and she was totally lying.
