Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mtfleetw's own words
The illumination drive thru Groupon did not have the correct expiring date. I showed up to the event on the night of January third in Tempe and they had it closed. Nothing at all on your website or in this Groupon says that the Tempe location was closing as of December **th. (This date was confirmed as the closure by the employee we spoke to that night) **Also, there were two other orders* the car seat belt for dogs and the glow in the dark collar for dogs. Each item says refunded, but I didn’t receive a refund for either item. I am so tired of this company having absolutely ZERO customer support. You didn’t even notify me that the two items were refunded, nor did your Groupon above have the correct expiration date.**I want confirmation for both of the refunded dog items and I WILL GET A REFUND FOR THE ILLUMINATION GROUPON OR YOU WILL LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR EVER.
GetHuman-mtfleetw did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
