Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I believe I should get a refund on a purchase I made back on October *, ****.* To begin, I saw an ad for a fitness tracker from Groupon that seemed like what I wanted. I placed an order. then I noticed it had not registered so I placed it again only to see I inadvertently ordered twice.*I spoke with a representative to cancel one. I was told it was too late but there would be no problem to return it.*When the two arrived I found them to be of very inferior quality. They arrived in a box with no manufacture's ,label or instructions on how to use it. They were unusable. I immediately printed a return label and sent them back on October **, ****.*Meanwhile I called Discover to dispute the charges. Mu next statement showed a temporary credit. And on November **,**** showed an adjustment to my account. I thought that was the end of it.*Then on my last statement it showed both charged were re-posted. I called Discover. They said you claim you never received my returns.*Unfortunately, because I thought the matter resolved , I discarded my postal documents so I have no records of my returns. The Post Office cannot go back to October to verify my returns. However I KNOW I did sent them on October **, ****. I believe that is wrong. therefore I request a refund of $**.**.
