Subject: Issue with Scheduled Massage Appointment Hi Groupon, I hope you can assist me with the issue I encountered. I booked a foot massage appointment for 4pm on Saturday, December 29th. Upon arrival, only one staff member was available and informed me that the massage would have to be rescheduled for 6pm. I had to travel for 35 minutes, paid tolls, and couldn't find any ways to occupy myself for the two-hour wait. It would have been appreciated if I was notified in advance about the change in schedule. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the business and concerned about the standards upheld by Groupon. My afternoon was wasted, and I incurred expenses without receiving the service I paid for. Kindly process a credit to my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am struggling to find the printable coupon for order #[redacted] that was e-gifted to Naida Greene at [redacted] Despite being paid for through Paypal, Naida cannot find the voucher in her email. I was able to print the voucher for a different order but not for this one. I would like to speak with someone regarding my recent hotel reservation issue. Despite having multiple conversations on Thursday 12/27 about canceling the reservation, I have yet to receive the promised email confirmation within the 24-48 hours timeframe. The Inn has confirmed they are willing to accept the cancellation but has not received any update from your end. Given the circumstances of my husband falling ill, it is crucial that this cancellation is processed promptly. I attempted to follow up on this matter, but it seems the communication gap has led to a delay in resolving the situation. I purchased a Groupon deal for $77.99 at canvasonsale.com (Best Canvas, Miami, FL). Unfortunately, they made mistakes on my canvas twice and informed me that I would receive a refund. However, as I used a Groupon, they advised me that Groupon needs to issue the refund to my card. I purchased a Groupon phone and iPhone, but it was defective and did not read the SIM card. I contacted PayPal because that's how I paid, but there were issues with the dispute resolution process. T-Mobile confirmed the phone was faulty and advised me to return it to Groupon. Despite challenges with the return process and missed deadlines, the dispute with PayPal was not resolved in my favor. Ultimately, after involving my bank, they reimbursed me, but now the bank wants the money back due to their investigation. I am left with a non-functional phone and a financial burden. I am frustrated with the whole experience and caution others against using Groupon, especially for electronics. If Groupon wants their phone returned, I am willing to ship it back, but I just want a resolution and my money back.

On November 9th, I purchased 4 Groupon coupons for wooden puzzles from Printerpix. Each coupon was $12.99, totaling $51.96. However, the shipping cost was not disclosed by Groupon. The shipping cost for each puzzle was actually $33.28, resulting in a total shipping charge of $[redacted].12 on my Amex card on December 15, [redacted]. Despite being charged for expedited shipping, which I did not request nor receive, the puzzles arrived after Christmas on December 28, [redacted], in separate envelopes. It would have cost only $20.76 to mail all four puzzles together. Printerpix claimed they could issue a credit of $66.56, but I believe I should be refunded more. The customer service call center in India has been unhelpful, claiming there is no record of the credit offer. The difference between the shipping charge and actual cost is $[redacted].36, which I consider price gouging. The puzzles received do not match the description of "wooden" as advertised by Groupon. I bought two Groupons for The Healing Path spa in Baltimore, MD, wanting to visit their various locations. Despite indicating I had two vouchers when booking my first massage, the spa refused to honor my second one, claiming it was for first-time customers only. The limitation was buried in the fine print, not clearly disclosed as it should have been. The staff's refusal to honor the Groupon was disappointing, and I now seek a credit to use elsewhere. I suggest that businesses be upfront about such restrictions, placing them prominently in the fine print and considering removing the "buy again" option to prevent similar issues in the future. I ordered the Comfort Essentials 2.5" 5-Zone Ebonite Memory Foam Topper Queen for $54.99 on November 26, [redacted]. Despite the item being supposed to be processed and shipped on November 28, [redacted], FedEx informed me that no item with this tracking number was sent for shipping. I have reached out to Groupon multiple times, but they have blocked my email and deleted my social media posts. As an unemployed individual, it is crucial to receive the topper or a refund promptly. FedEx still displays the status of the shipment as pending.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding the purchase I made of a bed through Groupon on December 13th. The delivery process has been problematic due to the delivery company's poor customer service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone, voicemail, and email, I have not received any response. I am now in a situation where I need to change the delivery address for the bed since the current company is unable to provide ETAs or coordinate deliveries properly. I have faced similar issues in the past with reliable delivery services. My attempts to reach out to the company Sleep softly, which is the source of the bed, have also been unsuccessful. The payment has already been deducted from my bank account, and all I am requesting is the timely delivery of the bed. I have been without a bed since December 19th, despite being assured of delivery on different dates which were not honored. The communication from the current delivery company, XDP, has been discourteous, and I am disappointed with their conduct. I am requesting a refund for a purchase I made on October 4, [redacted]. I came across an ad on Groupon for a fitness tracker and decided to place an order. After realizing I accidentally ordered twice, I contacted a representative to cancel one of the orders. Despite being assured I could return it, when the trackers arrived they were of poor quality with no manufacturer's label or instructions. I promptly returned them on October 14, [redacted]. Discover initially provided a temporary credit but later re-posted both charges claiming they never received my returns. I unfortunately discarded the postal documents as I believed the issue was resolved. I am certain I sent the items back and it is unfair for me to be charged. I am requesting a refund of $82.26.

I purchased a Speed on Mobile Car Wash & Detailing service as a Christmas gift for my husband. I followed the instructions to schedule an appointment for January 6th, [redacted], at 9 am as they only service Naples on Sundays. Despite confirming the appointment on January 5th, they were late on the day. I am disappointed with my recent 60-minute massage at "Indulgence Thai Massage & Spa". When I arrived, I filled out the required paperwork, noting my pressure preferences. During the massage, the therapist offered deep tissue and hot stones for an extra $10 each, not mentioned beforehand. At the end, I was surprised by a $10 credit card fee not disclosed earlier. The receptionist then pressured me about the tip amount. I ended up leaving a $14 tip for a $70 service, based on the quality of the experience. Despite the unprofessional exchange, I reluctantly agreed to use my card. The entire ordeal left me dissatisfied, and I will not be returning or recommending this establishment. I am disappointed with the service I received for my phone repair. The Groupon I used did not specify if the screen replacement included the touch screen. After paying for the service, the screen did not work, and I was asked to pay an additional $30 for the touch screen. I felt uncomfortable from the start at the location within a check cashing place. The individual handling the repair was unhelpful and had a poor attitude. I suspect a bait-and-switch tactic as I was then told it was a motherboard issue. I want to use my remaining balance on another Groupon for Smart Phone NYC on Kings Highway in Brooklyn. I hope for a better experience there. Thank you for your assistance.

I placed two orders with Printerpix on December 17th with an expected delivery date of January 2nd. Despite not receiving any shipping confirmation emails, I called customer service. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful, stating the orders would ship 10-14 days after January 2nd. This misinformation caused frustration and disappointment, especially since I had family gathering planned this weekend. The customer service experience was terrible, and I won't be ordering from them again. I paid a significant amount for shipping and still haven't received any confirmation of shipment. Their lack of transparency and unhelpful responses have soured my impression of their service.
