I have sent several emails to Groupon Support trying to resolve my issues. Please see my prior emails for the detailed explanations. Here I would like to add some more details regarding my purchases. The first order was for *-***-FLOWERS: Order No. *********** Promotion Code: FLWR** for $** option* Redemption Code: CKHMKTQR. My second order was for one full set of Lashes on Broadway for $**. Redemption Code: ******** redeemed December **, **** for the Aliso Viejo location. I was told I ordered two sets. If I did, it was an accident. Don’t you make any concessions for customer error? $***.** has been taken out of my bank account and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. This is unacceptable. I’ve been receiving emails offering me a $** reward for my purchases and another offer of $** “Just For Buying!” I don’t know what else I can say to resolve these issues. Please read my prior emails for much additional detailed information. Please tell me what to do to make this right. I will not give up until all issues are resolved. Thank you. Sandra Schauer
