Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-lindamzr's own words
Been double charged for one item and Never got my money back from a refund I can’t talk to anybody and live chat nobody’s answering my emails is this website A scam- I was a loyal customer for the last couple years never had any trouble this is awful shouldn’t treat your customers like that nothing you’re loyal ones- my original order was a group order *****************-I canceled the hood throw I said refund Status come on my order but I was charge $**.** for the whole order both items with no refund issued -then today I find out I’m charged double again separately for the orthopedic mattress I kept for $**.** —a total of $**.** was take out of my account--the two item numbers are **********I believe that’s the hood throw I cancelled -the orthopedic form mattress ***-***-**** I hope I got the numbers correct I wanted to keep the foam mattress and I canceled hoode throw I need a refund of **.**
