I bought a Groupon in August for a manicure and pedicure. After contacting the salon to book an appointment and being reassured I could use the Groupon, I was surprised when they refused it twice, claiming the days were exceptions. Even after confirming through text, they still did not honor it. I had to pay full price on both occasions, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed in their lack of honesty and poor customer service. I won't be returning to this establishment.

I tried to redeem my $10 value voucher for Zorbas today, but the merchant refused, stating it's only valid on weekends. However, the Groupon doesn't specify any time restrictions. I posted about this issue on Yelp and found others facing the same problem. I wish to transfer the amount to another merchant and believe Zorbas should be held accountable for not following Groupon rules.

I am disappointed because Groupon claims my orders were delivered, yet I have not received them. These items were meant for my children for Christmas. I'm also frustrated that your website does not display all my orders at once. I paid for the following items but never received them: 1. Waterproof Plug-and-Play Wireless Doorbell with 36 Melodic Tones purchased on Nov 26, [redacted]. 2. Emerald Adjustable TV Clip Mount For Roku and Apple TV purchased on Nov 26, [redacted]. 3. Redemption Code: CLK1-f9jpfm I made a purchase using PayPal but was not able to specify the personalization or color for the item. Despite following the instructions provided on how to redeem my purchase, I cannot find the option to complete my order as directed. The website does not display the "bag" icon where I can input my redemption code. I have tried contacting the company twice via email on 12/16 and 12/20 regarding this issue, but have not received a response from them. Should I proceed with canceling the order and requesting a refund through PayPal if this matter cannot be resolved?

I encountered issues with three voucher orders placed for Christmas. Novadob took six days to ship my order, causing it to be late for my friend and barely arriving on Christmas eve for me. A Metal Unlimited order from November 28th is still stuck somewhere despite assurances from their customer support that it would arrive by Christmas. Unfortunately, UPS now indicates a delivery date of January 2nd. The personalized make-up bag I ordered for Christmas is still pending, although they did offer a $25 gift voucher to compensate for the delay. I am unsure how to leave a Groupon review to warn others about these challenges.

I purchased a wine tasting tour for two with a meal on 12/23/18. Unfortunately, when I tried to schedule the tour on the Winos website, I was prompted to enter my credit card details for an additional $62, which left me confused as to whether I had already paid for everything. Despite leaving three voicemail messages on 1-[redacted] on the same day and trying again on 12/26, I did not receive any response. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency regarding additional charges. I am still well within the cancellation period and the Winos refund policy, considering the holidays. I request a full refund as I feel this is not a fair business practice. I purchased this for an out-of-town guest, and if I cannot schedule the tour during their visit, I will experience a loss, which is not acceptable.

I bought a wine tasting tour for two on December 23. When I tried to reach The Winos at 1[redacted] to inquire about why I had to pay an extra $62 to book the tour after already paying with Groupon, I called three times and left messages but did not receive a call back. This has made it challenging to get ahold of anyone from Groupon as well. Their website does not provide a swift resolution within the required cancellation period of 24 or 72 hours per The Winos' policy if there is no response. Groupon lacks a cancellation option post-purchase which is only revealed afterward. I seek a full refund as I adhered to the voucher purchase instructions but faced difficulties connecting with the vendor or Groupon. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble understanding the shipping costs for items on Groupon. The rates and deals are unclear, especially if some items have free shipping while others don't. It is frustrating not knowing which deals are specifically for Groupon. I wish this information was more transparent as I don't want to feel like I'm being overcharged for shipping. I regret signing up for this service and I hope I haven't been overcharged for my previous purchases. I am not interested in becoming a member of a company that is not completely honest and transparent with its customers.

I made a purchase for personalized hand towels from Qualtry on October 24th, but I haven't received my order yet. After contacting them, I was informed that they are currently out of stock and expect a new shipment in Mid-December. They offered to either wait for the shipment or cancel the order for a full refund. I would like to request a refund from Groupon for the coupons used for this purchase since I have not yet received the items. This morning, I tried to purchase Rockettes Christmas Spectacular tickets for Radio City Music Hall. Unfortunately, I encountered timeouts whenever I tried to buy the tickets, which led me to repeat the process. After four attempts, Groupon finally provided me with a confirmation. However, I have now received four emails for four sets of tickets, instead of just one. My credit card shows four charges, although I should have only been charged once. I accidentally purchased two vouchers for "A Christmas Carol" at Open Stage Harrisburg on Dec 20th instead of just two tickets. Groupon confirmed our order was actually for 4 tickets when we arrived at the venue. This same issue occurred with my purchase of "Manhattan by Sail" where I intended to buy 1 voucher for two people but was charged for two vouchers. I kindly request a refund for the extra vouchers for "A Christmas Carol" and "Sail on the Manhattan," as I only need one voucher for the latter. Thank you, J. B. P.S. Hello, I recently had an appointment for Dental Cleaning with X-ray and Exam. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service received. I specifically requested a regular teeth cleaning, but they insisted I needed a $[redacted] deep cleaning instead. This was not what I wanted or paid for. I recently purchased a tasting experience at Monarch Grove Winery for two, but unfortunately, the confirmation email was sent to an incorrect email address that does not exist in [redacted] My actual email address is [redacted] It seems there was a mistake in my account information. To rectify this, I reordered the item with the correct email address. However, this resulted in two orders, one of which is unusable. Sent to Atlanta Passbooks - On December 15, [redacted], I bought two DiningOut Passbooks as Christmas gifts for my family via Groupon. I accidentally ended up purchasing three books in total due to confusion with applying the Groupon discount during checkout.
