I purchased a wine tasting tour for two on December ** when I tried to contact The Winos at the ****-***-**** to ask why did I have to pay an additional $** to schedule the tour after I had already paid with Groupon. I immediately called three times an left messages and again today the same without a return phone call. It is very difficult to contact anyone from Groupon also on the website it is impossible to get a resolve within the cancellation period required within ** hours or ** hours according to The Winos cancellation policy if you can’t contact anyone. Also, Groupon doesn’t have an option to cancel after purchase and you won’t know that until AFTER to purchase. That is deceptive and and not right. I would like help in getting a full refund because I followed the guidelines to purchase a voucher and then was left hanging without ability to communicate with the vendor or Groupon. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
