I purchased a wine tasting tour for two w meal on ********. When I went to website of the Winos to schedule the tour I wasn’t able to because the site asked for my credit card number for an additional $**. I didn’t understand if I had already purchased it. I immediately called the Winos at ****-***-**** to reach a voicemail. I left * messages that day, and called again ***** again with no response. I was well within the ** hours to cancel if I had gotten a return phone to answer my question and still within the ** hours of Winos refund policy minus the holidays. I want a full refund because I don’t think this is a good business practice and everything not being told upfront of charges. Please help! I purchased this for on out of town guest and if I can’t schedule the tour for the time they will be in town I am losing and its not right!
